This space is perfect. Plenty of room, a great kitchen with a washer/dryer combo. Lots of amenities, a great lanai and the pool is right outside! Also a parking spot. We loved that it was ground level. The bed was comfortable and the location is great. Our only complaints are the lock for the front door was extremely difficult to use, having to enter the code several times and the air conditioner in the living room seemed to struggle with keeping the place cool. It was not too hot in there but the air conditioner almost couldn't keep up. We even had to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it because none of the buttons would work and it stopped blowing cold. However, even with these couple of things, we would definitely stay here again but please get a new lock.

Pleasant 1st floor condo

This property was everything we expected. Although we knew it was windy in Maalaea, it was particularly more windy than usual and quite noisy as a result. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Nearly Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being on the first floor made it convenient to go out to the pool or the ocean. I loved watching the turtles everyday. The apartment had almost everything except an umbrella for the beach. Only downfall was a centipede in our bed one night (they sent the exterminator promptly) and I feel the AC in the bedroom isn't strong enough. Otherwise the location is perfect. I would book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All was great. I would only make two recommendations: please have the management company respect the privacy of renters. They came in and unlocked the front door and almost entered the apartment to "spray pesticides" inside, while we were there. When I told the older lady that she had no permission to enter or spray any chemicals during our stay, she resorted to threats and said that she would charge the homeowner a fine. Another gentlemen that was with her did apologize for causing trouble and they left. Also, I would like to recommend to wash the carpets throughout the unit. Other than that - we are very satisfied - thank you!
