Nice quiet area, close to the beach.

My husband and I enjoyed the property. Screened in porch and king size bed were a big plus, plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Description was accurate, perfect size for two adults. We would stay again.

Great location!

The property was accurate as listed. It didn’t have a laundry room or an ice maker. It also needs a bit of love-several items need attention (bed, door, couch). All work in a pinch. The location is excellent-walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions. We appreciated being allowed to have our dog! Very good, reasonably priced property.

A comfortable little getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a perfect little house. I enjoyed the screened in porch and little fenced in yard for my service dogs. Everything inside was very clean. The porch could use a top to bottom steam cleaning, but that’s not enough to make me not want to stay there again. It is close to everything and I highly recommend it. I was quite comfortable there.

The toilet kept running. The shower is a real safety hazard. It has no grab bars, its floor is slippery. We are disabled and were afraid we would fall in the shower.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is adorable. We loved the screened in porch. It was clean and well kept. We also love that when renting thru this rental company there was no third party tacking on additional charges. We love Spanish Village cottages and only stay there when we come to Port Aransas twice a year. Also the gift cups left for us with the cottage name and personal welcome sign inside the cottage was a great addition.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is very suitable for a couple and pets. It says up to four people but I feel like it would be a little tight for that. Maybe a couple small children would be ok. It was clean and had a comfortable bed. Nice screened porch to enjoy morning coffee. Location is very convenient to anywhere. I would stay here again. Property managers were great communicators.
