The property was very comfortable, clean and nice.Outdoor areas were comfortable as well.It was a great place for a group of friends to stay, visiting Louisville for the sights and bike riding.

The property is beautiful, super clean, and an incredibly comfortable space to be in. Worked out well for our large family gathering. Would definitely recommend and return again when back in the area.

Property was fantastic and so was the home and host. The price was a little steep but it was short notice and there was a huge festival in town so obviously there was some markup for that I'm sure which is understandable but regardless it was still worth every penny. Plenty of room for everyone and the home was very well stocked and maintained. Anytime we are in town this will always be our first spot to consider staying, we absolutely loved it!

Our host Van was extremely attentive and responded very quickly to questions prior to our arrival. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable inside and out and one of the best stocked rentals we have stayed at. Definitely will stay at this property again.

This house was so beautiful and extremely clean. It had everything we needed and more. It was secluded and very relaxing. Check in couldn't have been easier. I would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful property! It was clean, nice, and so spacious! I’ve already recommended the property to several friends who I know travel with their families. It was perfect for a small group and had the space to hang out together, share meals together, and play games. The hot tub, for pit, etc., were all amazing amenities to have. It’s so conveniently located to downtown Louisville and there are a ton of stores/shopping near by. Van, the host, was very easy to contact and he made sure we were comfortable and accessed the property with ease. I definitely look forward to booking this again when we visit Kentucky!!

This property is excellent! It is well maintained, and stocked well for a seamless stay. The home has beautiful porches and backyard, with a nice hot tub out back. The owner is fast with communication. We hope to be back!

Everything about this house was perfect for our group of 8 adults, from the accommodations to the location. Van was very responsive to every question and need we had and was the perfect host. If we ever need to stay in the area again, I would seek out this house first.

Loved the place. The dinning room table was big enough for everyone. The decorating was beautiful, the mattresses were very nice. We went to Buffalo Trace which was less then an hour away. Downtown Louisville was only 25 minutes. Very secluded and spacious lot.

We were a group of 10 women in Louisville for a conference. The home looked exactly as advertised and very clean.We were able to have 8 ladies sleep in the beds and 2 slept in the basement on a futon & couch.We anticipated a couple of twin beds would be available from the listing, but slept comfortably with what was provided.Host responded quickly and graciously.We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching lightning bugs, cardinals and even a fox that made daily visits.Would return to this property with eagerness.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Five of us were in town for an exclusive bourbon tasting and the Derby, and it was the perfect home base.The setting truly lives up to its name—private, peaceful, and spacious. Having three acres to ourselves made it easy to relax after long days out, while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and great for hanging out and sharing pours.Van was an outstanding host—very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

quiet retreat

property was very clean; amply supplied, with exception of a few kitchen items; overall stay excellent; beds very comfortable; 3 separate well stocked showers; easy to get to just a few blocks from interstate; but quiet recessed from street property, restaurants and essentials within a few blocks. would stay there again for sure

This a clean and spacious house, good for entertaining. The host was attentive and helpful. There was only one dishwasher pod for us to juse, but I am sure that will be remedied for the next guest. We have already recommended the house to some friend who will be coming into the area soon. We will certsinly keep this house in mind when we return to the Louisville area.

Even though the property is located on a main road, the house sits far from the road that you won't hear most traffic, especially when you are relaxing in the back porch.
