Cozy and very clean. Convenient parking. Great location near downtown. Experienced a little confusion with the correct code to get in. Fortunatey, the maintenance guy was on-site and helped. Not a deal breaker, but could have been hooks and shelves in bathroom along with hand towels and hand towel stand.Enjoyed the accommodations and our visit.

Property was just as listed and perfect for 2 people. Location was great right next to restaurants and shops and an awesome local market. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great area, walkable to many restaurants, coffee, etc. we walked down to the beach every morning. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. 10 out of 10.

We spent 1 night of a 3 night planned event. Luckily I only live 2 hours away so Saturday morning we packed up and I was home by 7:30 AM. The bed is terrible, the pillows (just 2) were like sleeping on sand bags. There is no central air. There’s a window unit in the kitchen/living room and 1 in the bedroom. Noisy and not terribly efficient. There isn’t a lamp in the living room just a harsh overhead light there and in the kitchen. There was 1 lamp in the bedroom. There was 1 Adirondack style chair outside although there were two of us. The neighborhood is commercial/industrial - very bright and noisy. It turned out to be a very expensive and uncomfortable 1 night.

Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect size for a couple to enjoy, had everything necessary for a short visit. Within walking distance to the beach and Atlantic Ave for a reasonable price. Easy to check in and locate. Safe area and would absolutely return and recommend!

Very Pleasant

I had a very nice time. The location was nice and access to stores. Had everything i needed to enjoy my stay. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Delray and needs a place to stay.

Cute Little Stay

We adored this adorable little rental. The location is perfect. It is not directly in the middle of all the action of Pineapple District, but the two minute walk was a breeze. It was nice to be able to get away but still able to access all that Delray Beach has to offer. We walked to A1A, the beach, shops, and restaurants. Though the property is small, it still has everything we needed. I can't wait to come back again!

Small Cottage near downtown Delray Beach

We enjoyed the cottage - It was a perfect location near downtown. Things I would like to see added - 2 towels per person, hand towel in bathroom, a cutting board, and extra toilet paper. Air conditioning worked great, it was very clean, Small but just what we needed for myself and daughter We would definitely stay there again. We left a small cooler for next renter to use for the beach.

Convenience

Smaller than we expected. There was an outside security light that showed right in the bedroom window. Should have a blackout window covering.Parking lot in the back should be fixed. All broken concrete.

Great location.

Overall nice place to stay for one or two people. It’s newly remodeled so that’s nice. I stayed with my dog and it was nice to walk either in backyard or around the neighborhood. Walkable to pretty much anything you need. Great restaurants all around. Would recommend. Good communication from host.
