Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please respect these hours.

This home carries unique risks due to the proximity to water.
Swim at your own risk. Guests assume all liability and responsibility for themselves and their children while swimming, canoeing, fishing, using the docks, and being around the lake.
Children must be supervised at all times in the backyard and around the water.
For your safety, no diving in the lake.
No jumping or diving from the dock into the lake.
Please use life jackets when canoeing. Children must wear life jackets at all times while on the dock.
Pool is closed from October 15th to April 15th.
Hot tub is open from October 15th to April 15th.
For safety reasons, no more than eight (8) people may be in the swimming pool at one time and no more than eight (8) people may gather on the dock at one time.
No food is permitted in the pool.
Only plastic cups, plates, and containers are permitted in the pool area.
Glassware, ceramic dishes, glass bottles, and other breakable containers are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area.
Metal bottle caps (including beer bottle caps) are prohibited in the pool area, as they can damage the pool liner and result in costly repairs.
Guests are expected to keep the dock area clean and free of food, drinks, glass containers, and trash.
Please remove all personal items and dispose of trash properly after using the pool, dock, and lake areas.
Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the swimming pool under any circumstances. Pet hair causes significant contamination and requires extensive cleaning and replacement of pool filters. A $1,000 fee will be charged if any pet enters the pool, regardless of whether damage is apparent.
