This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. 10% Weekly, 25% Monthly discount.
New to VRBO but over 350 five star reviews on AirBnB!
The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise!
The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

Cottage was very clean and cool. Parking with boat and trailer was very good. Host was very informative. Trip was excellent.

Wonderful place to stay! The place was very clean and had everything we needed to rest at night and prepare meals throughout the week. The area was also extremely peaceful and serene the way the hosts had it set up, making it feel like a stay in the country even though it was in the city. In less than 5 minutes we were at the Walmart or H-E-B. The hosts also made the stay top-notch. They were extremely communicative and welcoming. There was one point when we rushed out for an event, accidentally locking the house keys inside. They were on top of it, getting us back inside in record time. Definitely a recommended place to stay while in Aransas Pass!

Excellent host. Accommodations were perfect - exceptional 2 bedroom private guest house with secure entry and exit. This property deserves highest rating. Best experience I've ever had with a vacation rental.

We loved that this place was nestled in the back of private property, covered with trees. I was able to bring my boat and park it in the back part of the driveway. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Perfect for our family!

This was a great central location for the activities we wanted to do in Pt. Aransas and Corpus Christi. The guest house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. The owners gave us our privacy, but were very kind and available for anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great property located far enough away from the coast to be very peaceful but still only 20-30 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

This place was perfect for what we were needing for a quick beach getaway. The driveway has plenty of parking which was a plus. The cabin sit a ways back from the road so you feel like you are not in the middle of town. Communication with the owner was great!! She was so sweet and let us check in earlier than check in time. Also the price was great as well. Will definitely try and stay here again.
