Perfect location, kind and responsive host, lovely property. The house was unique, thoughtfully appointed, and had everything we needed. Quiet, clean, on a beautiful property. We would absolutely stay again!

Area was beautiful! We got to see amazing homes and the property was super close to universal studios which is what we wanted. The home was cozy and the sofa bed was surprisedly comfy too. The views were especially pretty.

The place was private to all except the owner. She was extremely respectful and kind during our stay. How was clean, had a great movie selection, was quiet and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again

Great location and quiet neighborhood. The guest house smelled wonderful when we walked in, beds were comfy and loved the movie selection. The only mention is that the washer and dryer are located in the driveway, not optimal but overall great stay!

Location, location, location! Such a cute place to stay within minutes to everything we wanted to do. Nice neighborhood. All of the little things we needed were there so it made grocery shopping easy and less waste since we could not take it on the plane. Home was comfortable and the AC kept us cool. Nice little area outside to have coffee and meals. Beautiful gardens in back with a great view of the Valley. The owner responded or reminded of of things when we arrived, great communication. We would definitely stay there again - maybe for another Dodger game!

Our entire stay at France’s place was amazing. It’s like an oasis. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well equipped and the views of the Runyon Canyon and Hollywood sign are priceless. Air conditioning is perfect for a goodnight sleep especially during heat waves when we were there. She responds quickly to messages and gives helpful advice to optimize your stay at Mulholland Drive. It is just a 10 min. drive to Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl and the Observatory. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. My whole family love Frances’ place. We definitely recommend it for everyone who wants to have a relaxing and a royalty experience even for a short time.

Highly recommend this gem, nestled in the Hollywood Hills. It was such a delight to end our busy days across LA at this lovely, quiet and welcoming retreat. Frances is an extraordinary host with great and timely communication. We will be recommending this property to our family and friends when traveling to LA!

My husband and daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for us - colorful and comfortable, with everything we needed. It was very quiet and a great retreat after exploring the downtown area during the days. The host was very responsive and the check in/check out process was seamless. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location with views of the city. Clean and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and a huge DVD collection. Convenient to Hollywood and the valley.

Cute place in a great location. Close to Hollywood, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills. Nice, comfortable bedding, nice towels and shower/bathroom supplies. . Subscription services on the tv. Kitchen for cooking own meals. We enjoyed staying at the place. Better than a hotel, as long as you don't need a pool. Roads in the area are very narrow and winding. We had a large F150 rental vehicle, which was fine, but it would be easier getting around in a smaller vehicle .

We loved the property and the location. The bathrooms were very well stocked and we did not need a thing. We also had the privilege of meeting Frances who is a delightful person and engaging to speak with. I highly recommend a stay in this location.

True living in the Hollywood Hills experience! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Absolutely stunning views, clean and comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Frances was a wonderful host. 10 out of 10!

We had an excellent stay! The location was wonderful with beautiful views and a short drive to Universal or Hollywood blvd. The house was so cool with awesome decor! My family enjoyed staying there, plenty of room, all the amenities you need and entertainment.
