Our beautiful 80-square-meter non-smoking vacation rental can accommodate 5–6 people. The apartment has been lovingly furnished, with elegant hotel-quality fabrics adorning the windows and sleeping areas. I’d be happy to send additional photos of the bedroom upon request. <br><br>- This apartment features a fireplace with a glass door. In winter and spring, or on cooler summer days, you can really make yourself comfortable here. A wood-burning stove fosters togetherness and conversation. People gather around a cozy fire and take time for one another.<br>- The living/dining room features 2 sofa beds, each comfortably accommodating 2 people up to 1.75–1.80 m in height. <br>- The separate bedroom (approx. 20 m²) features a king-size double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm and two pull-out sofa beds with slatted bases. We’ve also prioritized quality when selecting the mattresses.<br>- A well-equipped kitchenette with spices, a fully automatic coffee machine, sugar, coffee creamer, and tea is provided free of charge in the apartment. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher, an induction stove, and a steam cooker.<br>- The bathroom, featuring a toilet, bidet, and shower, is fully equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, and shower gel.<br>- Towels and bed linens are, of course, included in the price.<br>- Our apartment is allergy-friendly. <br>- Board games and books are available for your use.<br>- Free parking and Wi-Fi are available to you.<br>- For the little ones, there’s a playground across the street with large, shady trees (climbing frame, swing, sandbox). Please let us know if you need a crib or high chair for your baby or toddler. <br>- Restaurants, shops, bakeries, and an ice cream parlor are about a 3–5-minute drive away.<br>- A pampering package at the building right next door rounds out our offerings. You can book massages, lymphatic drainage, and KPE (Complex Physical Decongestive Therapy), and cosmetic treatments such as sapphire blading and much more. <br>We also have two other beautiful vacation apartments: “Rosalie Burgblick” on the first floor and our “Kapellennest” on the top floor, each measuring 30–35 m². This means that couples who are friends can also book stays with us at the same time. <br><br>Check-in/Check-out:<br>- Check-in from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM or by arrangement.<br>- Please check out by approximately 10:00 a.m. or by arrangement.<br>Once you have finalized your vacation plans, we would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival time.
