This Poplar Street Cottage was perfect for us! There were seven of us who were College roommates in 1973 and we get together every couple years ...this was our 53rd reunion! We were looking for a house that provided a nice large "Gathering space" for us and the kitchen is expansive with a big island and we could pull the chairs up and around and talk and eat and laugh... it was perfect! The dining room also provided a huge table where we could play games. We wanted to each have our own bed so there were enough fold-out beds to help provide seven individual beds and that was what we wanted. Location is excellent! We walked to the Italian House restaurant, We also ate at nearby Grindstone on the Monon and both were great! We had a medical issue come up with one of our gals and the Urgent Care was nearby. We had an event in Carmel and nearby access to US 31 made that a quick trip too. We did not utilize the game room provided in the enclosed garage but all those activities and games in there would be a big plus for a group with younger children or teenagers (or even bored husbands) to take advantage of! The only area I would complain about a little bit is the construction that's going on now across the street and down the street. Some of those workers began before 7:00 a.m. and we could hear that noise (but that is nothing the owner has any control over. In fact all of Westfield is getting chopped up with construction right now!!)A great experience!

Thank you Nithya! I’m so pleased to hear that we were able to accommodate your entire family! It was truly a pleasure to assist you all through the process of ensuring your relatives had a comfortable, and private, space to sleep on the first floor without having to traverse the staircase! Take care, and of any of you find yourselves needing a place to stay let us know!

This is one of the most accommodating, perfect VRBO rentals we have had! Perfect location for getting off/on larger highways to get around Indy. Plus anything you need is within a short distance from the house. Ample supplies of needs to feel right at home- easy to feel right at home really quickly. Very comfortable, very clean and a beautiful touch of Christmas decorations with holiday lights up- which was exactly what our family needed. I would stay here again in a minute and highly recommend this great home!
