Very clean and comfortable. Everyone had a bed! and they were comfortable. The showers were very good and they had everything you would need for a pleasant stay.

The property was pretty good. It is not lake front and houses blocking most of the view. Did not have good bank fishing area . We still had a good vacation and everything was fine.

SWEET SPOT!

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Very cozy on a quiet street. I just wish the fishing was as good as the Magnum 12 Lodge. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Place

Great experience overall. Plenty of room and a good location as well. Owner was great to work with. Had a little AC issue but it was fixed right away and that was perfect. I recommend staying here.

Wished for better weather but had a great place to hang out while the wind blew

We caught a few fish when we could fish. The area down there is super nice can’t wait to go back

Jason was excellent to work with. He was quick at getting back to me if I had questions.

The house was nicely done and we felt right at home. We fished a lot and enjoyed watching wildlife. 5 star stay at the Magnum 12 Lodge! Thank you Jason! You were a great host.

Cozy Stay

Great little property with great amenities for hunters! A small fix was needed during our stay and the property managers were fantastic with communicating and had it fixed before end of the day! Would definitely stay again.
