THIS SPACIOUS VILLA IS UPGRADED IN AND OUT. IT IS LOCATED ON THE WESTSIDE OF TOWN NEAR SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS AND MINUTES FROM THE FREEWAY (I-10)
THIS STYLISH PLACE IS PERFECT FOR LAST MINUTES RESERVATION OR MONTH LONG STAYS. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH EACH UNIQUE BEDROOM ALONG WITH ALL THE SPACE IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA For the safety and security of all our guests and in accordance with our rental policy, a valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete the booking process. This helps us verify the identity of all guests and ensure a smooth and secure check-in experience We recommend guest to obtain travel insure prior to booking to be protected incase of travel changes close to check in date.

We only allow 10 guest on our property at anytime as per VRBO rules and regulations.

Excessive garbage (indication of a party/ event) is not part of the cleaning fee and will be requested upon checkout.

We love our fury friends yet picking up after them is not part of the cleaning fee. Please refrain from having pets on couches or bed. If excess hair is found on either couches or linen an additional fee of $50 will be added.

Please refrain from using Glitter/ Confetti/ Water Balloons in property as it can affect other guest and is not part of the cleaning fee. Additional fees apply for using such products.

Propane tank / Charcoal is not included.
Tank may be full at times and we do out best to keep them full yet cannot guarantee

Please do not move grill or fire pit. Please contact host

Pictures are subject to change without notice yet will never disrupt your experience

Check in can be at anytime since we have an electronic keypad

Our house is not 100% fragrance free yet do our best to accommodate guest allergies to scents

The lowest that the air can go is 68 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent any damages of our HVAC components

We have stayed here 3 times and each time it has been an amazing experience. Joseph is a wonderful host he goes out of his way to make your stay memorable and you will want to rebook with him. The house is beautiful, spacious and well maintained.

The property easily accommodated 5 adults and a child with a spacious living room and kitchen area. The outdoor patio are was a comfortable place to relax in.

It was a great place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. We didnt sit stay in the house much. Despite the couch not quite working, it was a super nice place. Would stay there again.

After the sub-par experience at our previous stay, we breathed a collective sigh of relief when we got to the home and the place was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean, perfectly located, and had every amenity we needed (couldn’t find a cookie sheet but had foil so it all worked out!). It made our El Paso stay fun and relaxing before a very long drive back home. Thank you for the lovely property!

This was our 2nd stay here. Since the first one was so nice. I can't tell you how nice this place is. Easy to get to, and the place is just so well done. Would love a few more towels for longer stays, but over all this place is a perfect getaway. Will stay again I am sure.

This was a great property for our family as we spend the Thanksgiving Holiday visiting family from out of town. House was well appointed, had everything we needed and was clean. We will look to stay here again next year too.

This home is beautiful! We have stayed there twice and will be booking another stay in June. The house has so much room the kitchen is fabulous, with plenty of room to have dinner dinner guests to set at the dining room table and bar. We appreciate having a TV in each room. This house everything you could possibly need and more. The host, Joseph is so wonderful, he makes the stay so welcoming.

We are very happy with our stay! The home was very clean and well maintained and is in a great location. We only stayed for one night but would definitely recommend this home.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO with our family of 7 and our pup! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made everything easy from start to finish.The location was great as well. conveniently located about 3 miles from the freeway and only about 2 miles from restaurants and shopping. After a long road trip, the backyard was absolutely perfect for all of us to stretch our legs, relax, and enjoy some family time.Overall, this was a wonderful home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this Home The kitchen area was definitely a highlight.. it had everything we needed to cook comfortably, and it made our trip so much easier. Plus, the host was super friendly and very responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend !

The property was excellent, further from shopping than we expected. We did have a couple times where the property was too hot. We weren’t given the code to adjust when the temperature got to 75 degrees inside. Outside it was over 106 degrees. It took the host a couple hours to respond to our request.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you found the property excellent. We did want to clarify that there is no code required to adjust the A/C. The home is equipped with a smart thermostat that guests can adjust to their desired temperature, with a minimum setting of 67°F. The master bedroom also has its own mini-split A/C unit for additional cooling, which does need to be turned on manually using the remote. Also we also respond as fast as possible yet in the middle of the night it is hard for us to respond in minutes as we usually do. We appreciate you staying with us and are glad you otherwise enjoyed the home.

Your property somehow exceeded our expectations for a second stay! This beautiful home is truly immaculate. Every detail is thoughtfully maintained and it feels just as welcoming as the first time we visited. The location is absolutely prime and made everything convenient and enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy for everyone to relax and recharge. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish. Responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy time together, and our fur baby loved it too! We’re already looking forward to coming back again. Highly recommend this gem.

Great stay!

We had a wedding this weekend with a lot of guest in town. All of the bridesmaids stayed here and they really enjoyed it. Perfect home.
