The host was very accommodating. We had some things we needed and he responded immediately.A minor issue was the inability to get a tv working in one bedroom. Overall we were very happy.

We had a lovely week at the Little Monastery. The house is spacious and beautiful, and the kitchen is especially pretty. Paul was responsive to our questions and requests, purchasing a shower chair for my mother and immediately calling for service for the heating unit when we needed it. The outside patio and pool area is comfortable and attractive - sadly, it was too chilly to swim when we were there, but we loved looking at it! Overall, we recommend the house, which is nestled in lush landscaping and is well-situated for day trips all over the area!

Spring break 2024

Beautiful home , clean and great location . This home was exactly what we needed , everything in the house very high end .. appliances, bedding!! I would just add one thing - kitchen just needs more appliances, like toaster .. but that’s all .

Last minute rental - wonderful result

Even though there was not a lot of time to find a place to stay due to the impending hurricane, luckily we came across this wonderful property that provided us an absolutely great place to stay. It was clean with high end finishes. The layout and overall privacy was second to none. The house is furnished with great furniture to make even the most fussy person comfortable. If you are looking for a place that provides comfort and privacy. While being close enough to everything to do in SW FL, this is your place. Thank you Paul for all your help.

Comfortable and Private Stay: Great for Multiple Families | No Pool Heat

Our recent stay at this property offered a blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience, catering well to our needs as a large group. With thoughtful amenities and a responsive host, the experience stood out as both enjoyable and memorable. Positives: Room Convenience: The design where every room has an attached bathroom was a significant plus, ensuring privacy and ease for all guests. Outdoor Space: The outdoor screened-in room by the pool provided a lovely, bug-free environment to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Kitchen Layout: The kitchen was well laid out for large groups, making meal preparation and socializing seamless and enjoyable. Privacy: The property offered a sense of seclusion and privacy, which was highly valued during our stay. Host Responsiveness: We were particularly thankful for the host accommodating our request for a grill, which enhanced our outdoor dining experience. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the house upon arrival was notable and greatly appreciated, making us feel comfortable and well-cared for. Thank you for writing a response albeit it’s been over half a year since you stayed with us. I’m not sure you are reviewing the right property though, as your comments seem mixed up with another property. Although you didn’t write a review you rated listing location and listing accuracy as your complaint for a two star review. Reading all the other reviews listing accuracy is always listed as a positive indicator of the property not a negative as in your case. I think you are confused as well with the location which is also shown on the map in the listing. This seems to be an internal Vrbo problem asking travelers to write a review months after they stayed at several other locations. Having someone who is in a bad mood potentially ruin a business by randomly submitting a poor review that is not justified is slander and a type of defamation that VRBO should be accountable for as well as having repercussions for the traveler.
