White Pines Chalet is a stunning 4-bedroom/2-bathroom vacation home offering luxurious comfort and breathtaking views of Mt. Tod and Sundance Mountain.
The perfect home to make great family vacation memories, it's especially suited for the chef in the family! The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, a double oven induction stove, and all luxury stainless steel appliances included a double-door fridge and pull-out freezer.
There are two large outdoor entertaining spaces, one at the front of the home and one at the back.
The balcony at the front of the home is perfect for summer fun, with a breathtaking view of Tod Mountain and Sundance Mountain.
The back of the home has a deck/patio area that can be accessed from three areas indoors (the kitchen, master bedroom, and third bedroom), and has the BBQ, a propane fire table that your group can cozy up around, and the private hot tub to soak in after a long day of adventure.
The spacious dining area inside can seat 8 at the main table, and 2 at the island. Lounging is made even more comfortable with in-floor radiant heating all throughout and an air exchanger provides constant fresh air.
The garage is perfect for the sport enthusiasts of any season - heated, with dedicated gear storage, complete with industrial boot dryer, ski rack, and a ski maintenance/waxing station for all your tuning needs. Consider it your home base for activity, whether you're hitting the slopes on skis or bikes, or coming back from a day of swimming at one of the local lakes.
Ski-in via the scenic Fairways Ski Back (green run) or the more adventurous Wringer (black diamond), both of which can lead to the backyard.

This property has up to 3 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and room for 2 vehicles outside of the garage.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
There is a full-time tenant in the suite. They have a separate entrance and there are no shared spaces besides the driveway.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
