Quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Home was clean, had a great garage and comfy beds! Great hangout room downstairs too!

Great for a big family

Very comfortable home great communication with the owner enjoyed our week in Heber City we went for Sundance Festival and the drive was really easy back and forth

Great place! Super clean and organized place. Lovely neighborhood and pretty atmosphere. It had everything we needed and my friends and I had a great time. Super easy check in and out process. Would love to go back and stay there again!

Stayed here with another couple for a wedding. The home was clean and comfortable. Check in/out was super easy! Nice big TV downstairs to watch our favorite football team win!

His property was super clean and the host were so easy to work with. Great communication with us. I don't know how to describe it, but this property has a very calming vibe to it. It has a nice fenced in yard that our puppy loved After a long travel day. We will stay here again. The next time we are in that area, which will probably be in November. Five stars for sure.

2nd time here

Decided to stay again and give it a second shot. Made reservation for 2 adults and a dog. Prior to us leaving for trip we had to put dog down. It took a minute to get refunded. We has issues with WIFI - internet was down for the last 1-1/2 days of a three day visit. TV in basement could use directions. A binder of house rules would be nice too. Not just a QR code which didn’t always work - esp without internet.

Annual trip to the snow 2025

This house was perfect for the amount of people we had. There was plenty of space and great rooms to sleep in. We brought dogs and they enjoyed the backyard plenty. They had plenty of room to run and play. The owner had a good amount of amenities to use like towels, blankets/duvet, pillows and good amount of appliances in the kitchen. The instructions that the owner gave us were perfect! He was always available to chat via text to answer any questions we had. We will definitely recommend staying here and will visit Heber City again.

I love this house!!

I absolutely love this house! It's in a great location, whether you want to stay in the Heber Valley or head to the resorts. The house is fully stocked and very clean. Ark, the host, was always so quick to respond to messages and super helpful. I definitely plan to stay at this house again. It felt like home the moment I stepped in the door!

The overall house was fabulous. Perfect for my group that stayed with us for a few days. Very clean inside. Modern amenities and plenty of space. Felt like a home away from home vs the sterile feel of a hotel. The only minor feedback would give is the Yard needed some attending to. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if the occasion arises.

We determined that Heber City, Utah would be a wonderful location to visit with friends and family. There are so many activities available all year long! Heber is close to all the ski areas, but we're still in a family-friendly neighborhood. We enjoy going boating at the lake, hiking and camping in the National Parks and Forests, and taking in all the natural splendor Utah has to offer in the spring and summer. We fell in love with the home the moment we saw it, and we know you will too.

We choose this particular house because when we entered, we immediately felt at home. The backyard has a pergola and an outdoor picnic table that are ideal for hosting family get-togethers and relaxing under. The backyard juts out to the side of the house, making it the ideal place for our dog to play fetch and run about. When you wake up and look out to the backyard, the mountain views are stunning. With an open kitchen, a connected family room, and a fantastic living and gaming area in the basement, the house has the ideal layout.
