The owner opened a UPS box that was addressed to the individual staying at the property and kept all items and has refused to send them back. I have been trying for 3 months and he keeps saying he will gather up the 10 shirts he said he unboxed and hung in all of the closets around the house. Just does not make sense. He also MET the individual to get the cash in hand upon arrival, so he knew his name!

We had a wonderful experience at this place. The home is very well equipped, with two washers and dryers, two dishwashers, a spacious kitchen, a large dining area, and plenty of beds to comfortably accommodate big groups. The host was extremely friendly and easy to work with.The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were the highlights of our stay. The temperature was perfectly set for the colder weather. The theater room was huge, and the sound system was excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely love to come back again.

This home had all the bells and whistles as advertised. Check-in and communication with the owner was effortless. We had lots of questions when we arrived, and the owner responded immediately to our text messages. It’s good for renters to realize that this home is the owner’s home residence. There are items in the fridges around the house, but the main fridge in the kitchen was huge and left empty for us (20 people for 3 days). The main dining room table accommodated all of us!Our only suggestion (not worth less than a 5-star rating) is that a manual/guide be available with instructions on things like the golf simulator, car/plane simulator, home theater room, hot tub, coffee machine (fancy!), home sound system. Luckily, we had some techies with us who figured it out! ;-) Again, the owner responded to our texts messages immediately. Our checkout was also seamless. The owner asked us to gather bedding/towels. Pretty nice. He took care of the rest. The patio is huge and seats many. We enjoyed our nights out there. We had a rainy day, so the pool was amazing. It is no small pool. Walk in on one end…8-ft deep on the other. Very nice hot tub, too (seats at least 10). One final compliment: the owner, knowing we were bringing an 87 year old with a walker, installed a railing on the front steps. This home does have a few “step ups/downs” to different rooms, so if you have older people in your group, be ready to warn/help them navigate this property.

This was an awful stay. The host came over 2 times during our stay and his son came over once as well. They just popped in at night when all of us girls were in our pajamas. They also did not clean out the fridge at all it was completely full of opened Dorito chip bags. They also left hanging wet swimsuits in the bathrooms.

I contacted the guest, via text message, letting them know my son was stopping by to pick up his football helmet in the garage. They texted back that was fine. My son couldn’t make it so I decided to go get the helmet. When I arrived the guests asked that I come in to meet them and show them how to work a few things. I was with my 8 year old daughter. One of the things I showed them was how to turn on the gas fireplace. After leaving I came right back, knocked on front door, to remind them to open the “flue” on the chimney if they decided to leave the fireplace on. They already had the fireplace off so I left. That is why I came over twice (all within the same 20 minutes). My son never came over to the house, but I did tell them he was going to come over to get his football helmet (in the original text), but I did myself. Yes, we did leave food in the refrigerator because we live in this house. Any food left in the refrigerator was there for the guests to use (ketchup, butter, etc.). Yes, there were two swimsuits left in the pool room bathroom. I do not know why this guest left a bad review other than they tried to get VRBO to refund them so their stay was free. VRBO did not refund them because their complaints were minor.
