This beachy, fully furnished apt includes cookware, linens, beach gear, outdoor sitting areas, outdoor grill, with utilities, live and streaming TV, and WiFi included. Coin-op Laundry room is onsite. Outdoor fitness area is in shared backyard area.
Zero tolerance for smoking or vaping inside the unit. Your security deposit will be used 100% if that occurs.
The beach is a 1/2 block away. There are plenty of great eating places within a 2 mile radius. There is a convenience store a 1/4 mile away.

Pompano Beach has Circuit as a free transportation shuttle within Pompano. If you download the app, you can schedule a pick up.

Club Pilates, LA Fitness, and YogaHome are great workout facilities if you are nearby.

Publix, Aldi, and WholeFoods are local. Uber Eats and Doordash are available for delivery.

Good beach spot

Good location, quiet neighborhood close to the beach. I appreciated the filtered water and amenities. It was a quick trip for us but everything was great. Would recommend.

Very peaceful!

Place felt like home, Rebecca was absolutely awesome! All the amenities plus many more, from kitchen to bathroom to beach accessories. Walking distance to many great restaurants, parks and views to enjoy. Thank you again Rebecca! Looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful Stay

Rebecca is extremely welcoming and was there if we needed anything. She keeps the place very clean and she even has snacks for purchase if you forget some snacks. The walk to the beach was very short MAYBE 5 minutes depending on traffic. Not far from Fort Lauderdale as well. We would definitely recommend staying here!

SIMPLE PERFECTION

This place is PERFECT if you are looking for a clean, quiet, cozy place to get away. Rebecca is a WONDERFUL host. We brought our boat down with us to try and fish (weather did not cooperate) but there was a place to leave our boat so we could explore the area since fishing was not going to happen. We are ECSTATIC that we found a place to go whenever we want to head down to Pompano. We will 100% for sure be returning.

#1 Winner!

By far most AMAZING rental unit ever! And have stayed in many over the years. Between the cleanliness, meticulous design, and thoroughly thoughtful amenities across the board..Rebecca has blown me away with how lovely her unit is. Could comfortably live in this unit full time. Quiet and definitely close to beach, shops etc 5-stars and 10/10 thank you!

Nice place to stay

We're in Florida to attend a sports event & Stayed there for 2 nights. Nice space, which is also near to the Pompano beach. Rebecca was so nice on communicating. Overall, our experience was great

Basketball and the Beach

Rebecca was great. She worked with me on the check-in time so I didn't have to live out of a car as my flight arrived very early in the morning. She responded to my questions very fast. I will try to book again when I go back. Rick

Wonderful Stay

Stayed here two nights after a cruise. Very clean and quiet. We would stay here again and highly recomend to anyone. Five minute walk to the beach. Rebecca was great!

Rebecca was very nice and welcoming. I have never been received in such a warm manner. She left recommendations on what to do and eat around the local area. Beach is within a 5 minute walk from the property and there are plenty of nice cats! Beach towels, boogie boards, dishes to eat and drink, and a very good AC unit is provided. Truly felt like a vacation during my stay, this was a 10/10 stay.

A Great Place to Stay

We had a bit of a non-traditional trip to Florida, with barely one hour on the beach. Still, Rebecca's property was a great central base for everything we had planned for our week in town. We had no issues whatsoever visiting the northern suburbs of Lake Worth and Ft. Pierce, but our stay also included visits to Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Rebecca's unit was clean and well stocked with everything one could ever need. Plenty of beach towels were included in the closet for use, as well as other common items. A hairdryer was also present in the bathroom. The shower was clean and a good size and the water stayed hot the whole time we stayed. The couch and chair are comfortable and the TV is a great size to watch from couch or bed. Additional fans were available in a closet and parking was always available in front of the building. Overall, I have nothing bad to say whatsoever about Rebecca's property--it was perfect. While you're in town, we highly recommend the Cox Science Museum and Aquarium, Master Escape Room, and Silver Ball Retro Arcade. Thanks Rebecca!

Great location

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless, bed was super comfy and the beach was a short walk away! Rebecca is amazing! Looking forward to next year :)

Close walk to beach but...

Was charged a cleaning fee, as was the tenants before me, I'm sure. First night I found an ear ring in the shower, as well as several long black hairs on bathroom floor at door threshold. Went to make coffee and found loose coffee in Keurig dispenser (spillage) . There is a chest of drawers under the TV that is made of particle board, and literally sways side to side when touched. Thought it was going to topple over. Not what I was expecting. Kitchen cabinets are all old and painted. Not sure much money goes into upkeep of the property. Rebecca (host) was there to let us in, gave us a quick tour of the unit, and left. Never saw her (which was good), but would have been nice to know how to find the beach access down the road, to the right about 100 feet, down a lane of sorts. We asked a man who was walking by us... after we turned left and walked quite a ways. Would not stay here again if we return to area.

Cute and convenient

We came for the weekend for a concert and some much needed quality time. The place was exactly as expected. I appreciated the little extras like plenty of towels, coffee, nightlights, comfy furniture, and a quiet street that was close to plenty of choices for outside dining on the beach. Hope to make it back here again soon.

Lovely Beach House

Rebecca knows how to introduce the property and it is well kept. It was a wonderful vacation where we were able to do what we wanted to, and if we ever needed help, she was right next door. A cute room that we got for the weekend, and I hope we can stay again some other time.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay/ host

Rebecca personally greeted us and showed us around. Everything was super clean and felt like home. Location was perfect for our needs. Her outdoor cats are absolutely adorable. Would most definitely stay here again.
