Spacious and comfortable room right in the middle of Cooperstown. Walking distance from everything. Cleaning took place daily. Parking is included. The property communicated with us well, providing clear instructions for self check-in ahead of time. The biggest downside is that the walls are very thin. We could practically hear everything going on in the room above us and out in the hall.

The Hotel Pratt in Cooperstown, NY was an excellent property. The room was as described. Wonderful step away from private parking lot near all venues for baseball, eating and shopping enjoyment. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and plan to return as soon as time permits. Can't sat enough about the service from CJ. Thanks so much for this listing.

Great spot!

We stayed one night to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame. The location of the Hotel Pratt was central to all sights just off the Main Street. There was safe parking and plenty of food and drink options within walking distance.
