I would rate this guest as five stars across trhe board. We would rent to them again next year but it was reserved before they departed.

I agree that this is a tough response. We have owned for 25 yeears and just did a major remodel last summer. Most of our guest come for months so they do enjoy having a full kitchen to cook and entertain their guest. The food left in the refrigerator that I observered was ketchup-mustard etc. that are still in code. We also dont throw the spices away. The shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap are filled just like your better hotels. The painting is not that old and it receiver a deep cleaning recently. The unit is also cleaned the day of arrival.
