Cooks dream kitchen

Everything was wonderful with our stay here but the kitchen had everything you could think of to cook lovely dinners.

Peaceful location for Thanksgiving Family Reunion

Soothing sounds of the waves, the refreshing air, and the spectacular views of the rising and setting sun. Our reunion group included a 90 year family member who greatly appreciated the elevator. The outdoor patio was the prefect setting to enjoy our seafood steamer feast.

Perfect location and home away from home

Large property with an abundance of beach toys and accessories Very well insulated, had neighbors on each side that we didn’t hear. Definitely recommend

Overall great stay!!

Early check-in was available and we were so glad it was! Showed up to the 3rd floor AC out, but they had it fixed before what should have been our normal check-in. The owners were very sweet and helpful to get the problem fixed quickly. I do think the property could have been cleaned a little more thorough, the floors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. Overall a wonderful stay, perfect beach front spot.

Family trip

Great location and perfect amount of everything available to my you feel like your at home away from home. Beach was amazing and not over crowded at all. Neighbors were friendly also! Few days there was some construction happening next door that made outside sitting not as enjoyable as they were cutting things and smoking a lot (not fun) but otherwise it did not outweigh the great time we had with our family! Will definitely recommend this place to other friends and family and already looking forward to future bookings. We were sad to leave! Thank you again for sharing your lovely home with us!

Gem By The Water

Our family came to Florida for my grandson’s high school graduation. We came from Missouri with a large group. When we arrived in Florida, the check-in was easy. Type in the code provided and voila. I’ll start this review from the areas we viewed first. The garage is large with an abundance of inflatables and beach toys. You could easily get two vehicles in the garage. We were able to fit a 15 passenger van. If you have a medium or high top van you will probably not fit under the garage door. There are also two reserved spots in front of the unit. The elevator is great for anyone not able to handle stairs. The property is large with amazing views. The beach was never congested. We had fun picking up seashells and strolling on the beach. The rip currents were very strong while we were there. I don’t know if this is the norm? We ate all our meals at the property. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable with bathrooms on both floors. Plenty of room to spread out and sleep. Primary bedroom is large with great views of the Gulf. Don’t over pack as there is a washer and dryer. The owner was helpful, we had no issues that needed handled. This is a wonderful property and I wouldn’t stay any where else. If you want souvenirs, check out Alvin’s Island Surf Shop. Lori G.

Great place! Well-equipped kitchen. I think our only negative was NO hairdryers in the condo.

Amazing Beach Front Vacation

Absolutely incredible. Jeanne was great and helped with all questions. The toys, chairs etc in the garage was a nice surprise. Also, at the time of this review, there is a crib and toddler bed in the master which was a huge plus. We would love to stay at this property again.

Perfect Property For Our Family

We enjoyed this rental so much the first year, we booked it again this year. We enjoy this property for our family because of the location, accessibility, and space for our extended family. We look forward to booking this location next year at the same time.

Great Place and Location

This was a great place to stay. The property was in great condition, clean, met my expectations from the listing and the owner Jeannine was readily available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
