Our family had a wonderful stay at Pete and Katie's home! The place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and they gave us a cute welcome basket with snacks and coffee. The location is perfect - 10 minutes from the outlets, Storyland, Diana's baths, and Cranmore. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome with another couple. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The space was perfect for two couples, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The host was especially thoughtful and welcoming. We loved the beautiful welcome basket with a bottle of wine and snacks—it was such a nice personal touch and made us feel right at home.Pete who was our host was incredibly communicative and provided wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this townhome to others. We would happily stay here again!

We enjoyed this property immensely. Pete’s communication, responsiveness and attention to detail was excellent. We appreciated the small treat basket and wine that awaited us. Its location is ideal and close to many things to do. We had 6 adults with us and the rooms and accommodations were perfect for our group. Thank you Pete for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay!The home was immaculate and had all the comforts of home. The owners were very friendly and the process of booking though leaving very easy and stress free. The layout of the home was nice as the bedrooms were away from the living room and kitchen area. The upper loft had another living room/game room to enjoy.Safe and clean grounds and minutes from down town North Conway, the Saco River, lakes and hiking trails.We are looking forward to coming back in the winter for a skiing getaway.

Condo was clean and spacious and well stocked. Owners were easy to communicate with. The area was quiet and peaceful yet close enough to everything we needed. The game table and games were a bonus traveling with teens. We had a great trip and would recommend staying here.

This is an amazing rental with amazing hosts. Beautiful property with plenty of space, immaculately maintained, and close to the mountains for skiing and excellent local restaurants. Pete and Katie shared great recommendations and were highly accommodating with our last minute request. 10/10 recommend and we hope to return!!

Location was quiet and felt secluded even though you were close to town. Within walking distance of several restaurants. The property was very clean and well stocked. Pete was great at communicating and offering suggestions on restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

First time out east

Easy to get to. Centrally located where we were doing our day trips. Wonderful communication with owners regarding good eating places and places to visit

Immaculate unit that is in an ideal peaceful and quiet location. Anything you might need is available…from phone chargers to cooking needs. Truly a home away from home.

North Conway weekend

Pete & Katie’s condo was perfect! Ideal location, impeccably clean, well equipped and 5 star all around. I would definitely book again!

Winter ski trip

Great location and property! Perfect for all ages. Quick 5 min drive to Cranmore or downtown North Conway.

Birthday vacation

Excellent place to stay ! Host was always available for questions or concerns. Beautiful area and convenient to town . Kids loved the upstairs “ game room” So much fun! Can’t wait to go back!!
