Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of rooms and enjoyed the layout of the home. Kitchen was large enough to prepare some breakfasts for all of the family members. It was close to our reunion picnic so location was great. We enjoyed our stay

House was perfect for the group. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for us. Owner was great with communications before and during our stay

Tim and company were so delightful ! They appreciated all the amenities and extra effort I had put into the landscaping prior to their stay and couldn’t have been more helpful . I would absolutely recommend Tim to any host

I really enjoyed my stay here. The owner was very responsive to all of the questions that I had and also gave detailed instructions. He really made it easy and I had a blast.

Great for large group!

Dan was a great host and very accommodating. A group of 8 of us traveled for a weekend golf trip and this place was perfect for us. PLENTY of beds and nearly all of us got our own room. Air conditioning was nice for the summer!

Spacious and bright

The place was plenty big and had so many rooms so all of the atjletes on Team B*REAL had their own space. We loved the huge island in the kitchen and open space to hang out together.

Excellent Property

The house was exactly as advertised; a very large home in a great neighborhood; perfect for large groups. We rented the home for extended family and out of town friends who traveled to Long Island for my daughter's wedding and it was absolutely perfect; clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner, both before and during the stay could not have been better. HIGHLY recommend this property!!

The house is large enough to make our stay very comfortable. Clean and smelling fresh. We had some issues with the upstairs heating. Even when we put the thermostat on cool, hot air was blowing out. We had to turn the unit off and open windows. I did call Pablo and sent him a text to see if we were doing something incorrectly. I got no response. Kitchen was great. We had no issues. The living room furniture, especially one sofa was uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. It sounded as if it would break if any adult sat on it.Overall, the home was comfortable for a weekend.

The house was as advertised and the owner was very helpful. There’s plenty of room for a large family get together, including a large kitchen and a sizable living room. There’s a very nice beach at a nearby state park that costs 10 for parking. But it’s too far to walk, and any walking near the house is problematic given the lack of sidewalks and the speed of the traffic around the curvy streets. We didn’t use the ping pong table because there was no net (it also was quite small).

Pros: Clean & comfortable. Plenty of room to spred out. Good for large groups. Nice kitchen. Close to attractions.Cons: Not a walkable neighborhood. The driveway was difficult to navigate & had space for only 2 cars despite the fact that the house can host 10 people. Not likely that 10 people come in only 2 cars. The host recommends other cars park in a strip mall 1.5 miles away. Not very practical. Upon arrival, the smell of the cleaning product used was overpowering. The stove needs updating. 3 of the bedrooms are in the basement and share a very small bathroom.

Okay place to stay.

Exterior: generally ignored. Driveway too small and difficult to navigate. Too many steps to access front door.Interior: very spacious; very clean; lots of beds and bedrooms; beautiful kitchen; several full bathrooms; on a chilly day, took too long to warm up; no clothes washer or dryer—-had to take laundry out; numbers rubbed off oven dials—- unreadable, making oven unusable.Overall rating “good” on positive points; no better because of downsides. Would probably not return unless I needed all those bedrooms

Daniel was an absolutely fantastic host! The best communication I’ve ever experienced with a rental property. He was very accommodating and understanding and very clear and prompt communication Beautiful house very well stocked and laid out. Perfect for large groups and families. Just a note, and the only thing that could have made this rental better, there’s not a washer or dryer. It is not listed on the description, but I miss that detail Overall fantastic experience would definitely rent again!
