What a wonderful home to spend some time away from your home. Location is outstanding, very quiet area and easy walk or quick drive to restaurants and boutiques. Very spacious and clean. Older large home with some modern features, but still has wonderful charm. Lots of comfortable seating throughout the house, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you will need. Plenty of amenities. Communication with host was amazing and very much appreciated. Easy short drive to Sweetens Cove Golf Course. We will certainly stay here again if ever in the area. Thank you!

This is an amazing, beautiful renovated, spotless historic home. Every room is large and comfortable decorated nicely and so clean. The bathrooms are huge and have all been renovated. The kitchen is top of line appliances. Any thing you need is in this home. We loved staying here. The owners are very nice and responsive to any questions. Quiet, safe area near all East Tennessee attractions. Wonderful home base to relax for next days adventures. The town has so many nice friendly folks we met. We will stay here again on our next trip to east TN. Thank you Candy and Daniel.

This stay was an outstanding experience, we were attending a weekend long event in the area and needed a home base to stay at. The home is a beautiful piece of history but has also been modernized where needed (AC, lighting, washer/dryer etc. all work great). The kitchen was awesome also, we did cook two dinners at the home and everything we could have needed was there. It has private off-street parking with a video camera overwatching the parking area. It's located in a clean and quiet area of South Pittsburg, we saw the occasional dog walker or golf cart but not much else. It also has a covered carport off the parking area that's built as part of the home, ample lighting, ceiling fans, chairs, etc. make this a nice area to sit outside with the family and relax after the day. There are also several restaurants, grocery stores, etc. not far away so you don't have to go far if you need something.The host was also amazing, there was a surprising amount of "emergency/starter" items in the home for guest use. Cold bottled water in the refrigerator, muffins, tooth paste, tooth brushes, coffee and filters, small bag of charcoal for the grill, etc. We return to this area at least once a year for the same event and are often in the Chattanooga area as well. We will certainly return here in the future if we need a place to stay, book with confidence.

My family said this was by far the most well appointed rental we’ve ever had. This place grand and immaculate, yet very inviting and cozy. We are so thankful we got it for a few days, and will never stay anywhere else when we come back. Thank you Daniel and Candy!

This historic home is charming, with all of its original beauty. It was the perfect "home-away-from-home", as our daughter was playing softball in Chattanooga for an extended weekend. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
