Bama beats Noles

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time. We were not there a lot, but when we were we enjoyed our time.

Game weekend with family

A great house. Very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to campus and convenient.

Graduation 2024

Very prompt with fixing issue with the door lock and lighting for the back yard. Perfect for our stay pinning ceremony and graduation,we have a big family and this place has plenty of bed space.

Great time in Bama…but Hogs lost

I visited Tuscaloosa to connect with a good friend who lives in Bama. The property we rented was very clean and the location was close to everything we needed. I really enjoyed the property and the Bama fans. We were treated great, we just fell short of a win. The management was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay. #WPS #rolltide

Comfortable and homey

Me and the family stayed to attend some functions at Alabama. We found the home to be exactly as posted, very comfortable and felt like home. The host was very responsive to any messages that we sent. Most of the appliances seem to be brand new, as a matter of fact we took the hot plate out of the original plastic! Very centrally located to restaurants and the University. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again before my son graduates.

Thanksgiving

The house was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Nice fenced back yard. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of beds for bigger groups. On the Main Street McGrath so you have a lot of food choices and shopping. Close to University. My only negative was it was cold. Heat worked good but when it reached temperature and went off it was cold quickly maybe not insulated very good.Could have been vacuumed better and floor mopped better. I vacuumed up the dust on the floor. Everything else was nice.

Thank you for your review! It was a very cold and windy weekend while you were here, so it felt chilly whenever furnaces turned off anywhere. It doesn't get very cold often in Alabama, so we're usually better prepared to have great air conditioning! I apologize if you felt the floors were not to your standards. We would have been happy to send someone over to sweep and mop again had you reached out to our office. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay!

Great place for Bama weekend

Reviewer Comments: We had several people staying together who didn't knkow each other and this house worked great because of very separate and private bedrooms and two full baths. We fed a crew of people and there was plenty of space and kitchen essentials to get the job done!

Great little find

Only stayed two nights but was a great spot. Short, easy drive to downtown and UA Campus. Close to McFarland but nice quiet neighborhood. House was well furnished and furbished. Clean and well put together. Very easy access and great communication with hosts.
