where on game days you can hear the fans
roar.

This place is adorable and very cozy! Great outdoor space and places to safely walk the neighborhood. Close to town, but country feel. Hosts were helpful and the listing is exactly as is shown! Coffee on the screened in back room was just the relaxation we needed!! Thank you!!

Kathy is very helpful and works with any special needs as best she can. The home and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The library was enticing - if only we had not been so busy. Thank you for the hospitality Kathy!

We picked this house because we were bringing our dog with us. It worked perfectly, as it was a nice large yard and a quiet neighborhood.The house was decorated with lots of unique touches that made it feel inviting and comfortable.Both nights we sat outside on the deck and visited with friends whom we only get to see once a year at this event. It felt like home away from home.

Beautiful home for a family vacation! It truly felt like staying at a friend’s house. Plenty of room to spread out, cozy spaces, a large yard… just minutes from all the action. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. Easy check in and check out process. One of the nicest homes we’ve stayed at overall!

Great Stay!

This was a great stay, a fantastic location, and a great house. Our family ages birth to six had a wonderful time. The house is spacious maintained and guest friendly. I would highly recommend to any family.

We loved our stay at Kathy‘s Manhattan, property. The home is spacious and very accommodating for four adults. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. We would definitely love to stay there on our next trip to Manhattan,. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys in the backyard.

This was the perfect property for our family during graduation! We had plenty of big space for gathering and there are other smaller areas for just quiet time! The house is beautiful and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and user friendly. We stayed during December so did not get to enjoy the outdoor spaces, but there is a wonderful enclosed porch and huge yard! The host was so quick to respond to questions and even allowed early check-in. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful and Relaxing

What a great house for our stay in Manhattan! It was great to relax out on the deck and enjoy the quietness. The kitchen felt like home with so many dishes for cooking and eating our meals. Very clean.

Manhattan getaway

We love this place. We will look here first any time we come to Manhattan. Great communication, clean, close to all the things in town but you feel like you’re in a private country cabin, the hosts have a few really nice touches to make things cozy and extra comfortable.

The Most Comfortable Retreat

Our family was in town for a long weekend to celebrate a wedding. This home was more than we could have expected: spacious, well appointed and super comfortable. We highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Awesome rental!

We had a great experience with this rental! Communication was fantastic and Kathy graciousness accommodated all of our family's needs. House has everything you could possibly need and is super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this home and would love to stay again!
