The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen, plus a living and dining area with two single sofa beds, TV, dining table, and a cozy fireplace. A bathroom with toilet completes this level. Upstairs, three bedrooms include two double bedrooms and one with two single beds, each with a TV and optional air conditioning. A second full bathroom and washing machine add convenience.

Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool with sun loungers and shaded seating, perfect for cooling off on warm afternoons, relaxing with a book, or socializing in a calm resort-style setting. The outdoor area provides a refreshing alternative to beach time.
