Welcome to our little piece of paradise in beautiful Ocean City, Maryland!

Imagine starting your morning with a cup of coffee or tea while watching the sun rise over the Atlantic from your private oceanfront balcony. After a day at the beach, come back and relax by the pool, then head to the bayside balcony to watch the spectacular sunset. In the evening, unwind with your favorite adult beverage while enjoying the glow of the moon and the ocean breeze.

Our direct oceanfront 2-bedroom condo offers breathtaking views and the perfect setting for a relaxing beach getaway. Open the doors, hear the waves, feel the breeze, and enjoy the view—you’re just steps from the beach!

🏖️ So Much to Enjoy

Take a dip in the oceanfront pool, with plenty of seating for relaxing between swims. The property also offers tennis and pickleball courts for guests to enjoy.

Want to stay in for dinner? You can rent a grill at the property for just $15 per 1–2 hour block. Or head out and explore—there are numerous restaurants, shops, entertainment options, a movie theater and more nearby.

Northside Park is approximately a 10-minute walk away, offering even more opportunities to enjoy Ocean City’s beautiful outdoors.

And don’t miss one of our favorite summer traditions—the Sunday fireworks during June–August, plus the July 4th and Labor Day-area celebrations. The bayside balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy the evening sky!

🏠 HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We want you to have a wonderful stay, and these few guidelines help us keep the condo comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.

❄️ Air Conditioning & Heat

Please help us conserve energy by keeping doors and windows closed while the A/C or heat is running. Please also avoid setting the temperature excessively high or low. Thank you!

🏊 Pool Passes

Please return all pool passes to the condo when you check out.

There is a $15 charge for each missing pool pass.

🧺 Towels & Linens

At checkout, please leave used towels and washcloths in the bathroom.

🗑️ Trash

Please take your trash to the trash chute located in the hallway near the elevator before leaving.

🚗 Parking

Parking passes are $62 per vehicle.

* Maximum of 2 vehicles
* 1 vehicle maximum during the week of July 4th

Please follow the property’s parking rules and display the required pass.

🔥 Grill

Grills may be rented through the property for $15 per 1–2 hour block.

🏖️ Pool, Tennis & Pickleball

Guests are welcome to enjoy the property’s pool, tennis courts and pickleball facilities while following all posted property rules.
