This large 4 bedroom/ 2 bath cabin sleeps up to 8 guests, with option of guesthouse at additional costs that accommodates 6 additional guests with own kitchenette, bath and private balcony over looking the lake. This beautiful beachfront property has everything you want and need to enjoy a busy fun-filled weekend , or a simple, cozy, quiet relaxing time! Families feel at ease with everything you need for babies and small children from a pack'n'play for day and night use to high chairs! We got you covered!

Michelle was very generous to allow us an early check in. We enjoyed our stay & love how spacious it was. The layout was open and very spacious. Bed & couches was comfortable. Table island was high & spacious. The chairs for table island was suitable for it. The downside for our experience. We had a baby with us and couldnt leave baby on floor to crawl since the floor was indecent.

The name of the property says it all

Lovely property, attentive and flexible manager, everything we needed was provided and available. It was a terrific place with plenty of accommodations and a great view. A true retreat.

Very relaxing and great weather!

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed for cooking etc. There were a lot of stairs down to the beach, the water was nice and the kids had fun playing. There were a lot of burnt out light bulbs. We would definitely stay again!!

Family Vacation

Michelle was wonderful to work with! She was super responsive to every question we had! The check in process went simple and smooth. The location was great as it's exactly as mentioned on the site. What you see in the photos was exactly what you got when you got to the home. There are a lot of stairs to get to the beach area so you'll get a workout in if you plan to utilize the beach. It was great to have the guest house too!

Good but could be better

It was a very nice property, very clean. However, for a large family there just isn’t enough bathrooms. There are two in the main lodge, one of which is an en-suite which is awkward, and one in the beach house which definitely is inconvenient. We were counting on using the beach but there was a constant stinky black slime that washed in all week. We couldn’t even use it for a bonfire. The beach was totally unusable. We know it’s not in control of the host but it was still a put off. The grill was out of propane but the property host was very accommodating and offered to reimburse us if we wanted to get it filled. As it turned out the we just revised the meal plan around it. It wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely recommend the property for groups of 8 or less and that are not interested in using the beach for swimming.

We have never experienced or heard from another guest of a slim before - algae sometimes yes , but typically water is moving and clear - sorry you had that experience

First off, the communication with the host was excellent. Second, I think the property was better than I expected. The view was excellent, the deck was bigger than I thought. The cabin was spacious. The bunkhouse was a nice expansion option as we had a large group. We had fun playing pool and ping pong and the kitchen was very useable. There was a TV, but pretty much nocody watched it because everybody was just enjoying each other's company and the property was very condusive to that. The bathrooms were nice and clean and well stocked. The beach and water was certainly interesting--in a good way. You have a VERY large amount of space that is about thigh deep water (maybe like 200 yards) so I would imagine getting a boat in there would be difficult unless it has a shallow draft. But was great for floating and relaxing. All sand. So, perfect for throwing a ball around. It would be especially good for younger children not only because of the shallow water, but also the lack of boats in the immediate area. We used the kayaks, which were perfect for the water. At any rate, we were very happy with the cabin.
