Katie's House is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom single family home located in Clintonville, with easy access to 315 and 71. This house can sleep up to 4 people, with a queen bed in one bedroom and a full bed in the other. Parking is located in the private driveway of the house.
This home is just right for a weekend getaway, week long business trip, or longer stay. Minimum 2 night stay. A close drive to the Short North, OSU, and downtown.

Great location

Wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Most seemed to be young professionals. This was a great location -close to the fairgrounds where we were working. Definitely would stay here again!

Short stay

Katie's place was perfect for our short stay up in Columbus. Close to all the areas of town we had planned to visit and very comfortable. The outside sitting space was great every night we were there. It was very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were wanting.

Great location

This place was perfect and close to everything! The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. It was nice to see people walking their dogs or with their children. I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Columbus!

Had a great stay in Columbus!

Katie's home was perfect for us. Great location close to everything we wanted to do, on a quiet street. Katie was a great host she had great communication and I felt she was available if we needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great house in a great neighborhood

We had a great stay over Christmas. The house has everything you need and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Close to all the good things in Columbus. This is our new place to stay in Columbus. Katie was great to work with.

Cute Cottage!

What a delightful stay! The neighborhood is quiet and the home very comfortable. The location is very approachable to all the great Columbus activities offers. I highly recommend this VRBO. P.S. love the local artist creations!

Wonderful home and host!

We were so happy with our stay here! Everything was spotlessly clean and functional and Katie even provided of a couple of personal touches. It was in a good neighborhood, parking was easy, we loved it! Thank you, Katie!

Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

The owner was welcoming and very hospitable. The house was clean, nice, and quite comfortable. The appliances and amenities were of high quality, with no issues. The property is pretty close to OSU campus and conveniently located near the highway (71). On future visits, we would likely try to stay here again.

Good quock getaway

This is a place where what is advertised is what you get. The place is very clean, has the amenties you need, and some great extras. The neighborhood is so quiet. It was quick and convenient to everything we needed. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Would stay again!
