Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with Oceans Luxury Vacations. We're sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. As soon as you let us know about the hot water, our team went out to the home and found that a breaker had tripped. We reset it and restored the hot water quickly. Apart from that one brief period, the home had hot water throughout your stay. We appreciate you letting us know so promptly, and we hope to welcome you back to Margarita Manor in the future.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to provide Oceans Luxury Vacations with your feedback! One of our favorite things to hear is that guests found their own little slice of paradise during their stay. The driveway width is very normal for our area and the limited land availability but it's still very easy to manuever in as it's still much wider than a standard vehicle. We wish that hadn't impacted your review knowing that it's a standard driveway for our area.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to provide Oceans Luxury Realty with your honest feedback! I'm delighted to hear that you and your family had a great time at in this property! We wish we could have earned all 5 of your stars since it sounds like you all had a wonderful time! We are very descriptive regarding the parking availability of the home in the listing description guests review prior to booking. It sounds like you didn't open the guest portal that we send all of our guests and then send them a few reminders about. This includes the parking information, access information, wifi, arrival/departure instructions, additional home information, and so much more. We do indeed provide all of the information you mentioned in your guest portal. Given this, we wish you wouldn't have lowered your rating because we did inform of everything you mentioned in your review.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to provide Oceans Luxury Vacations with your honest feedback! We love hearing our guests had a great stay! The sewer issue we fixed quickly, as noted, and the AC was unfortunately a bit trickier. The entire system in just one of the bedrooms needed to be replaced which we were not able to do during the guests short stay but have since fully replaced it. Thank you again for your review!

Thank you for taking the time to provide Oceans Luxury Realty with your honest feedback! I'm sorry to hear that our property did not meet your expectations. You had not called our emergency number to report the other plumbing concern and therefore, we responded first thing Monday morning to your email. We do respond quickly with any emergenices. Grills will run out of propane at times, just naturally from use, and we include instructions for what to do when that happens. The guest bedroom you mention is called the pool house and we never state that it's on the second floor. In fact, it has sliding doors to the pool deck that you can see in the photos, hence it being called pool house, so it would not be on the second floor. We do specify in the listing description that it's detached from the main home and on the other side of the garage instead.

We wish we could have earned all 5 of your stars since it sounds like you all had a wonderful time! We do include very specific trash instructions within your guest portal and that section is labeled "trash instructions". This section also explains the day the trash is picked up and that because it is only picked up once per week, every home will have some trash from the previous guest in the can and the next guests will have some of your trash as well. All private homes in all areas of the country are this way because of trash pick up schedules.
