A 19th-century stone house in the small village of Dobreć offers a peaceful retreat above Lovran, with beautiful views over the town and the sea. Set on the slopes of Mount Učka, this 113 m² detached holiday home combines traditional character with outdoor space for relaxing, ideal for small families, friends or groups of up to 4 guests.

The ground floor features a living room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV, plus a kitchen with a dining table, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, along with three bathrooms across the house, including a bubble bath, showers, and toilets. A washing machine, air conditioning, storage space, WiFi, and a free baby crib add practical comfort for your stay.

Outside, enjoy the covered terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a separate barbecue area surrounded by greenery. The private swimming pool is open seasonally, from May to September, with opening potentially beginning earlier depending on the weather. Fitness equipment is also available, and parking is provided.

Lovran is known for its elegant Art Nouveau villas, leafy parks, and bathing spots along its 12-kilometre coastal promenade. The surrounding area is popular for mountain walks, from easier marked trails to routes on Mount Učka, including the climb to Vojak for sweeping views. The route between Lovran and Opatija offers another option for exploring the coast. Please note that the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
