Great space and beautiful area. Only thing was the noise from the upstairs tenant was loud a few times. It never lasted long but it was after 9 pm one night. Overall I would stay again.

Sooo happy we stayed here and totally will next time we come. They were super attentive to every question we had. The beds were sooo comfy. Clean safe and enjoyable place to stay. (Absolutely gorgeous area as well.)

East Seattle Paradise

Lovely views in a secluded, luxury golf neighborhood was everything we expected and more. Convenient location for our extended family combined with excellent weather made our stay unforgettable.

Convenient Location

The location was great for our trip to visit family in the area and close to sights we wanted to visit in the Seattle/Tacoma area. The house was clean and well taken care of.

Very clean. Quiet, safe, pretty view. Suited our needs, but a bit sparse in atmosphere. Would have liked a few more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom, and some more kitchen items like more silverware, measuring spoons and cups, and kitchen towels.

Great stay near Seattle

Our family stayed in this VRBO for a week. It's in a lovely neighborhood right by the lake and golf course. Very quiet. The beds are so comfortable! We slept very well. It was about 30 min from Seattle, great location. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable place in a nice, quiet neighborhood

I booked Jim and Vivian's place for my parents and uncle and aunt who were visiting Seattle.They really enjoyed their stay. It is located near the golf, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The view on the lake is a plus. The beds are VERY comfortable. The place was clean. It was exactly as advertised and what we were looking for.

The basement rental was largely as listed and photographed and immaculately clean. There is a view of the lake but very limited by looking way to the left when standing by a few windows. The entrance around the house and down a steep walkway is awkward and unattractive. Overall, a good stay; located near where we wanted to be.

Nice, modern space. Sensor light switch was obnoxious in the bathroom. Would’ve liked a throw blanket and more comfortable couch.

Spotless Property

This is a well maintained property. The condo is spotless. It has a view of Lake Washington and is located in a beautiful golf course area. The beds are comfortable, shower is great, kitchen has what you need. It has central air/heating and you can walk out on a deck with your morning coffee and listen to the birds and seaplanes. It's a relaxing environment.

Quiet location 30 minutes from downtown Seattle

Great place, my family and I liked it. Seattle is a big busy city so it’s wonderful to go back to a nice quiet, safe neighborhood. 3 bedrooms, has a nice size kitchen with a few pots and pans but make sure to note that there’s no oven for cooking purposes! Very clean, and the tv has Netflix on it for watching movies. Fun little sitting area outside on deck overlooking the lake. Beautiful stay, thanks

Amazing View

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house with our family of five. The location is truly special - set on a golf course with a beautiful view of Lake Washington. One of the highlights for us was spotting several bald eagles throughout our stay, it felt like such a treat to see them up close in their natural setting. The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a family. We had everything we needed, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this property if you're looking for a quiet, scenic retreat with close access to nature and plenty of space for a family.

Great location and wonderful hosts

Very nice neighborhood and easy/close to get to Bellevue, Seattle, or anywhere in the area. Close to a Zeek’s pizza! Plenty of space for our family of five and had everything we could have needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The hosts are very friendly and were extremely quick to reply to our questions. Everything was contactless, which we prefer. Would definitely recommend. Lots of privacy and comfortable! Safe nice area to stay with your family!

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive. The property was clean and modern. The deck had a beautiful backdrop for pictures. Close to food. Kirkland's downtown area was about a 20 minute drive and that had a great vibe. Side note-traffic to/from downtown to here takes about an hour each way every time no matter the time of day. That was the only downside. Never have we been in such bad traffic. Now that we know this and can plan better, we would stay here again if our activities were nearby.
