Centrally Located Pet Friendly Guesthouse with Patio

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guesthouse.

This suite features a private entrance with your own off street parking, and securely fenced garden patio. Inside is a comfy queen size bed with a table for two, coffee, WiFi, a walk-in closet, and full bathroom. Enjoy the enormous 65" TV from bed, and stay comfortable with the dedicated Mini Split air conditioning system.

I live in town and am available by phone or text - so don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

Our cozy Sunset Guesthouse is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. There is dedicated parking, mature trees, and easy access to grocery and dining. Sunset is a loved family street, with an Elementary School to one end and S&S produce to the other.

This home is a detached guest unit with no shared walls with the main house. The home and patio are private, and you’ll have no shared spaces or interactions with the front house tenants.

The whole home and patio are yours for your stay. You have dedicated off street parking.

While we are a pet friendly unit - we require that pets are not left unsupervised in the home. The property has a strict occupancy limit, including for pets. To ensure we'll be able to host your pet(s), please let us know how many you have, how big they are, and their ages.

It was perfect everything that we needed and a wonderful experience.

Clean beautiful fun. We enjoyed our visit. It was so convenient and pleasant, much nicer than staying in any five star hotel.

Good for a quick stay.

Not fancy but clean and safe. Plenty of room for 2 people and a dog. Close to the owners house. Didn't hear or see them. Would stay again.

Great safe neighborhood location

Loved the proximity to Bidwell Perk, Bidwell Park, Unwined, S and S Produce and the Cinemark movie theatre as I am local and was looking to an escape from full time caregiving duties. Also got a mani pedi at a nearby salon and went shopping at both Finds and Hubbs - right there in the neighborhood. Accommodations were super comfy. Patio was in need of TLC.

Loved This Modern Cute Unit

Everything was as cute as it could be. Very modern. Really enjoyed learning how to use wifi tv. 🙂 Very comfortable and our cat loved staying with us! 😻 Made me wish I lived in Chico. We had an extended stay and it was great vaca!! We loved going to True Rest Float Spa! Would definately stay again. Highly recommended!

Quiet and cozy.

This little detached house was located in a quiet area of small cute homes. Pet friendly and Very safe to walk your pet even at nighttime. There is also a small fenced kennel area. The inside features were well organized and everything worked except the blow dryer. I would stay again whenever I come to Chico.

Very Private Nice Place

This unit was very private, they had everything we needed inside. We were in town visiting our college student and this was perfect because we didn’t need much since we were only here for the weekend.
