◆The building has on-site parking.
◆ The property is on the first floor accessible by Stairs.
◆Two minutes walking to Puri Beach and ten minutes ride to Shree Jagannath Temple.
◆ It's perfect for couples, friends, or a small family to enjoy the beautiful beach and beauty of Puri.
The space
★ The Flat comes with all the facilities that one would require in day-to-day life, Like Air - Conditioner, refrigerator, Tv, a fully functioning kitchen, and most important, high-speed internet ●100Mbps●.
✔ The place has Power backup (An inverter with a battery).
❥ There are 2 Bedrooms. Both have King sized beds (78"*72") with a memory foam mattress.
❥There are 2 Bathrooms.
❥ The Air- conditioned living/Dinning room has ↣
☑ Smart 32" Tv With the premium subscription of Amazon Prime and other OTTs.
☑ A Three-seater comfortable Sofa cum bed (75"x48"x10") with cushions
☑ 4-seater dining table and chairs that can be used as a workspace
☑ The living room also has an attached balcony as well as a guest bathroom.
◈ For those of you with a flair for cooking, the kitchen comes fully equipped with a 2 burner Glass top Gas stove, aqua-guard, refrigerator, and a range of crockery, cutlery, and glasses.
◈ You can go to the rooftop and enjoy the fantastic sea view and soothing breeze.
◈ Sightseeing Tour Cabs to Konark and Chilka can also be arranged
◈ Parking spaces are also available, should you bring your car/Bike.
◈ Extra mattress is available on Request.
◈ Shri Jagannatha Temple is 2kms and the Railway station is 4km from the property.
◈ Auto rickshaws are available just outside the gate.
◈ Temple darshan and Mahaprasad can be arranged on request.
◈ My caretaker will always be available to attend to your needs.
◈Domestic Help is also available for cleaning and cooking at a per-day basis charge.
↬ As it's a Residential complex Gate closes at 11 pm, so kindly try to enter the premises by that time.
★ If you are traveling in a large group I have more 2Bhk and 1Bhk flats. You can contact me to book them.
