Summary: This is a unique rental, which combines the convenience of vacation rentals with event spaces to enjoy. Like a hotel suite but with a large yard, you will have plentiful areas to enjoy for your stay.

6 bedrooms at our resort with a central meeting space called ""Bamboo Garden"". All bedrooms and houses are within the same property, known as Good Life Vacation Rental Resort.

(1) 3BR Bungalow with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen
(5) 2BR Monastery with 11 beds and 2 bathrooms
(6) 1BR Castaway Suite with 2 beds, ada access and large ada bathroom.
(4) BAMBOO GARDEN event space, suitable for up to 35 guests.

FREE EVENT SPACES: Unbooked event spaces & Beach Boardwalk lobby are available for your enjoyment. If there is a private event and you would like to use our event space, please inquire as to what is available such as our Beach Boardwalk, Event Tents, Bamboo Garden and Game Tent. The Bungalow and Monastery rentals are located within our Good Life Vacation Rental Resort, the largest and closest resort to Downtown San Diego, Convention center and SAN airport.

The Good Life Vacation Rental Resort is a legal hotel. Our status as a legal hotel allows for us to provide amenities that
typical vacation rentals are unable to offer including:

Guest Parking
You will have access to two private gated parking spots located at the back of our resort. Directions to this spot can be found in the 'Detailed Access Info' section of your guest area. All other vehicles must use the street parking available along Market Street at the front of the resort.

EVENTS: Are you thinking about hosting an event? You found the right place! Our resort, Good Life Vacation Rental Resort, allows you to upgrade your vacation rental and host events for up to 250 guests. Additional waiver and payment are required; ask us and we will let you know what is available during your dates.

UPGRADES: Early arrival, late checkout, events with outside guests and pet-friendly options available.

LEGAL HOTEL: We ask that you please upload your ID via our welcome software to unlock wifi, entry codes, and parking details. As a legal hotel, this is a California requirement.

FREE EVENT SPACES: Unbooked event spaces & Beach Boardwalk lobby are available for your enjoyment. Amazing spot - perfect for bachelor party

We had a fairly large group for a bachelor party and this place was perfect. Plenty of space and the common areas were a great area to hang out in during the day. We loved the sand area with bags and the bar which you could stock. Good communication and overall great experience. Would recommend for any group!
