Great location, bad host experience

The location and the property are wonderful! But when we arrived shortly after check in time the cabin still was only partially cleaned. Also, the door to the bathroom is a barn door, but not secured at the base. So make sure you’re comfortable with whomever you’re staying with. Because the door really doesn’t really close. offer

Anniversary

Everything was great except little things. Like seasonings and there could be a few more pans to cook with. Also the outside lights around the fire pit even though it rained a little bit it would have been a nicer atmosphere with the little red lights working around the fire pit

Nice Getaway

Lovely stay

Everything was easy. Check-in, communication with property, directions and help making last minute accommodations because of the weather was all done seamlessly. Dogs were happy too!

Beautiful Truly Dog Friendly Cabin

We loved staying in this beautiful cabin with our dog. I searched countless listings in many locations and struggled to find a nice place that would accept my 60 lb dog and allow him on the furniture. Of course we are very respectful and brought couch and bed coverings for him, but most other property owners had many restrictions even though claiming to be pet friendly. We loved the fire place, all the beautiful trees and the outdoor fire pit. And the bathroom was amazing! It was a quick drive to Beaver's Bend State Park where we enjoyed hiking. Great location, easy to get to.

Great get away

Relaxing weekend! We enjoyed it and the location was great. The roads getting there are a little rough so I’d recommend taking an SUV if you have one. Otherwise it was everything as described.

Great place

Super cute, secluded, and beautiful surroundings. Would suggest bringing an egg crate topper if you’re a side sleeper and wish the coffee setup was a bit more robust. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin. Loved all the details. Very quiet, secluded spot. Great area to walk with my dog. Spent most of my time on the back patio for coffee in the mornings to Chai tea in the afternoon.

Nice cabin, but...

The cabin was nice, but smaller than I expected. We did enjoy our stay, but the water flow for the tub was VERY slow. The water in the shower was nice and hot, but the sinks took forever to get even mildly warm, and it wasn't even that cold outside. The large windows over the bed and kitchen didn't have curtains, so I just felt like someone could come and look in while we were asleep. I did see the comments about the road leading to the cabin, so I did expect that. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. The outside furniture had dirty foot marks on the cushions, like someone had their dirty feet on it. Then, the extra wash clothes were filthy. I'm hoping it was just stains that didn't come off and not just dirty. Other than those few things, it was a nice stay.

Quiet Cabin Get-Away

Our stay at the cabin was very enjoyable. Very quiet, peaceful, and tranquil place to stay. We will use again if the need arises. Recommended.

Great Anniversary Trip

This cabin was just as pictured, if not better!! Very secluded and it was cozy from the minute we entered the door. This was our first time in Broken Bow, so my critique of the driveway/road may be common, but it was a little confusing on where to go, as people (not these owners) are trying to fit as many cabins on a road as possible (completely understandable). Other than having to really pay attention to our route in and out the first few days, this trip was exactly what we needed. The Cabin was clean, perfect size for two and ideally located to so many activities and food options. We will 100% be back!!

Great place

Pros. Great place nice bed and kitchen the bathroom is amazing. It's all well stocked. The hot tub was awesome. Its decorated really well. Great lighting including security lights. Communication with the owners was spot on The location is close to everything needed. Minimum road noise. Pretty private location with regards to other cabins as long as the trees have a lot foliage. Cons the airvent needs cleaning, the decorative lighting outback is broken. The road in is terrible so drive slow. We would definitely stay there again.

Would stay here again.

The cabin is perfect for two. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only things we needed to purchase were wood for the fire pit and food. The only drawback and one which the owner may not have control over is the dirt road leading into the property. It is shared by other cabins and there are several deep holes (one we called the 'canyon.'. If you rent here, be sure to drive a truck or higher standing vehicle. The cabin is centrally located to local restaurants and Beavers Bend State Park. All-in-all, we would definitely rent the cabin again.

Short Getaway

I will say this ended up being the best place to take our 3 dogs. It was at the end of a road with plenty of space for the dogs to run and play. There is a front and back patio with privacy. The only couple of things I will say to note when staying here is the bathroom door is a sliding barn door and does not stay closed very well because there is no latch so it will slide open. Make sure to bring your own paper towels and washing/dryer supplies if you need them as there were not any there when we arrived but there is a small Walmart close by. The road has a lot of potholes so be careful when driving the road. I am still giving this place 5 stars because it was exactly what we needed to get away for a few days with our fur babies.
