Sunset Cove - Beautiful waterfront - Relax & Unwind on the KY Lake - TN River

Relax & Unwind - Glowing sunsets and relaxation awaits you in this 3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home with a fully furnished kitchen. The spacious deck area is a wonderful place to sit to watch for eagles, geese and other wildlife that are abundant to the area while the fire pit is a cozy place for a family evening gathering for story sharing . An empty boat slip awaits anyone who would like to bring a boat or rent one from one of the local marinas. Excellently located to several State Parks, Nashville, Jackson, Memphis and many other areas. Hiking, fishing, boating, skiing, duck hunting, horseback riding are just a few of the recreational activities available to the area. **Fall and winter Kentucky Lake levels are managed by TVA and can be VERY SHALLOW (or no water at all) at this property from Labor Day to April/May. I have no control over the level of water and do not know from day to day what it might be. If you have questions or concerns about the lake level, please message owner with any questions. You can also use the TVA lake information app. Check-In is 4:00 and Check-out is 10:00 a.m.. After a reservation is made, the check-in instructions along with the door access code will be sent via email "THREE DAYS PRIOR to check-in" If you have any further questions-feel free to contact me.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a fabulous lake view. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything we would need to make meals. We look forward to staying there again!

The peace and tranquillity of the location of the house were outstanding. The house was beautifully equipped and had everything we could need. It felt like like a home and not a holiday rental. Great location, boat ramp is right there. Very spacious and clean properly. Love the outdoor area as well. Karen really puts in the extra effort to make sure everything is perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in Kentucky Lake.

Unforgettable Family Reunion

Very clean. Beautiful location and views! Karen is awesome. Bring your fishing poles and sit on the dock! Lots of wildlife. My siblings, their spouses, and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the serene setting. You will not regret coming here with your loved ones.

This is a beautiful lake house with everything you could imagine wanting to have. This was our second annual trip and we had the best time ever! Our favorites about this property are the private covered dock, the fishing, and the ping pong table! We will be back again next year!

Great Place to Stay!

This place was great. Very relaxing! The owner was great to work with and checked on us. She accommodated all of our needs with some things that changed on us during our trip. Plenty of parking space for a boat. We enjoyed the deck area as well! Neighborhood seemed calm and safe as well!

Very clean and cozy ! Easily accessible, nice wooded area the only issue we had was not being aware of lake levels being lowered so we had a "muddy low lake view" 😑 I would definitely rent again in a differnet season.

Sisters trip was great. Loved the place. House was clean and very welcoming.

Our annual Sisters trip to honor a brother and two sisters who have passed away , was a success. We reminisced about our loved ones and enjoyed just hanging out together. It rained one day so we had plenty of time to cook, eat, and relax.

Lovely Lake Retreat

A fabulous place to relax and unwind while enjoying beautiful views of the lake! We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and grill to prepare our meals. Our first evening we enjoyed relaxing by the propane fire pit on the deck. The second night we built a fire in the fire pit and roasted s’mores. This home is conveniently located in walking distance from the boat ramp, and our boys enjoyed fishing from there. The owner is accommodating and provides everything you need to have a relaxing stay. We hope to stay again in the future!

Awesome stay!!!!

We loved everything about our stay!!! The house was immaculate and so comfortable. Very nicely decorated. The views were gorgeous and there was plenty of outside seating available for us. We used the boat dock for our pontoon which was very nice. There is even a boat ramp right by the house which made it even nicer. We definitely plan on staying here again. It felt like home.
