Relaxation

The place and location was exceptional. You truly feel like you’re home. The place was clean and well equipped. The hostess makes sure you feel right at home by providing bottled water, laundry detergent, dish/dishwasher soap, paper towels, pool towels, bath soap, board games, tennis racquets etc…. The layout of the condo was perfect for us, a family of 4, but it can easily fit a family of 6. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the patio and my teens enjoyed the pool. We will definitely consider this location the next time we’re visiting Tucson. I wish Kevin the best and thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful stay.

Great location and size of condo.

This condo had a great location and porch. We ate most meals on the porch and it was larger than another unit we saw. The size of the unit with an extra room was very helpful. We were able to separate the two small children for sleeping and naptime. The proximity to a beautiful walking trail was great. We took advantage of all the facilities with two pools, a tennis court, and a place to barbecue and sit outside for dinner. Thanks for the rental.

Great place in quiet community

Everything was great and tidy clean ! Easy access from parking lot. Great communication with the landlord Would happily stay there again !

Tucson Foothills Retreat

Kevin’s condo was a great place to stay. It was convenient to restaurants and a grocery store. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and just as pictured. Very comfortable bed and the sheets were so soft. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed for fixing meals. Kevin was a great communicator and easy to work with. We would stay here again.

Good experience.

The property is very roomy, clean, everything that we needed was in the condo. Quiet area, did see some wildlife that is native to the desert. My 14 year old grandson got a kick out of that. An overall excellent rating very easy to do business with. This was an outstanding value for the money. Look forward on my next trip to see family staying with you again. Appreciate it

Beautiful condo

Very comfortable clean condo. Great location. Quiet. Beds are comfortable as well as the sofa. Having Netflix Disney Hulu and Apple TV is also a nice touch. Exactly as listed. Thank you.
