Lovely View of Georgetown

Update: Our property now connects to walking and bicycling path through forest ponds and creeks. If you are wanting adventure and exercise you want book this place. guest house with a wonderful deck to sit, enjoy gardens and trees lite with fairy lights at night. Private driveway, private yard, safe, secure and quite place to stay.
Mid size kitchen refrigerator, full electric stove, microwave, water, coffee, tea.
Flat screen TV, Netflix, prime and wifi. internet is not for international video use.

There is a living area, kitchen and large bathroom with washer and dryer.
There is an additional guest house with a complete panoramic view please look up View house.
The space
550 square feet with private bathroom has slider barn door. Larger windows, front and back doors. Heat and air conditioning is an mini split, designed for living area, full kitchen.
Queen sleigh style size bed.
please note, love your pets but we don't allow pets to visit here.
Guest access
You have a private driveway and two pathways with lights on 6 ft fence and pathways. Your own private deck with lovely view.
Other note
Checking in is best before dark as our private road is not lite. But your gps directions will get you right here. We have our address lite up at night for your convenience.
We are right off university Avenue which is a main road in Georgetown.

Beautiful, clean, peaceful

Nice little hideaway close to downtown, friendly host. Very secure property. Would recommend over any hotel in the area!

Lovely view and lovely time!

We had such an amazing experience! Owners were fantastic and informative of the area! Will definitely look here first if we have to go back to Georgetown!

Property was nice and quite. Location is near downtown area. Communication with owners was not an issue at all. Our stay was great and would stay again.

Perfect Little Getaway

Exactly as advertised. Super cute and clean. Was the perfect getaway spot for my boyfriend and I since we were in Austin on business for the weekend. Definitely will stay here again.

We had a fantastic day at this property! The home was exactly as described - beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. It felt welcoming for the moment we arrived, and you can tell a lot of care went into making it a great experience.Brian was an excellent host. He was very informative and gave us a tour of the property, which was a great touchup made us feel right at home. Give me a nation throughout our stay was smooth and helpful.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay

This place is perfect!

Georgetown is such a cute town to visit and this listing is perfect for a couple. The property is gated and close to downtown. It’s well equip in the kitchen. We loved the back deck. We’ll definitely come back!!

Fabulous

I cannot speak highly enough of this property and the host. Bernise was so accommodating and really made our stay here exactly what we needed. Very quiet, close to town and the comfortable bed gets 10 stars.

Great time in Georgetown!

This getaway place was just what we needed. Privacy, security, cleanliness and its proximity to the Square at Georgetown made it just perfect. The hosts were awesome and we felt like we made some new friends! Thank you Bernice and Brian! We’ll be back!

Weekend away

I was looking for something small and simple for a weekend mental break. The space was nicely furnished and the setting was beautiful. Bernise was communicative and available if there were questions. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay

Hosts were very friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay. House is decorated with local art and pictures. It's a quiet place with a serene view and outdoor area. We will definitely book again if we have out-of-town guests. 100% in all areas!!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay in this cozy little cottage with all the comforts of home. The Cottage was clean, well appointed, and perfect for us. Our hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed relaxing in the property and visiting our family in nearby Salado. We recommend this property wholeheartedly and without reservation!

Wonderful warm folks

Brain and Bernice are two of the warmest people. We had a personal issue arise and they were as helpful as they could be. Felt like family. Bed was amazing and linens were buttery soft. It did not disappoint.

Most relaxing, refreshing weekend stay

This home was the most comfortable, quiet, pleasant place to get away to. The location is perfect, secure and super quiet. The hosts are amazing, helpful and provide a comfortable, super clean home with everything you need to just relax and enjoy some quiet time. Definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to relax and rejuvenate themselves. The hosts are also very flexible and helpful with everything, including advice on best places to eat and directions to get my morning coffee for the drive home. Will be staying here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was amazing—beautifully maintained, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we could need. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect: close to shopping and conveniences, yet tucked away in a quiet area that made it easy to relax and unwind. It was also very easy to find, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free.One of our favorite parts was the back deck—such a great spot to enjoy peaceful evenings. We spent the evenings out there soaking in the calm atmosphere.The owners were incredibly attentive and kind, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality really made the experience even better.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing getaway!

Pick this one!!!

Brian and his wife run this establishment and they run it well! They are both very familiar with the surrounding areas and have a lot of great information for you if you wish to choose to head on into Georgetown for a day trip. Communication was amazing check-in was simple everything about this trip was perfect and would not have been so if it has not been for our hosts. I'll highly suggest this location they also have another one on site that we will be checking into next time.
