Višnjan is located in the continental part of the Istrian peninsula as well as near the sea. The house is about 1 km away, as is the town of Babudri. The house Kisic can be reached via an unpaved road, which is surrounded by pine forests and vineyards. The house is built of stone in the traditional architectural style of Istria. It can accommodate 4 people and has been traditionally renovated. The kitchen, bathroom and living area with fireplace are on the ground floor. There are 2 sofa beds in the living area. Both can be used for an afternoon nap. A wooden staircase leads to the 1st Floor with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (a cot is available on request). The house Kisic is surrounded by 200 square meters of untouched nature. Pheasants, rabbits, deer and various bird species accompany you on your walk. The walk to Višnjan takes 10 minutes and it is 12 kilometers by car to the next place.

Mooi (fiets)omgeving nabij strand en heuvels Volledig ingericht huis met een heerlijke grote tuin. Een geweldig ontvangst door de eigenaren.

Peaceful place

We had lovely 10 days in this quiet and peaceful place with a lot of space, olivetrees and vineyards around. The house is well equiped with a tasteful interior and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The only small negativ point were the soft mattresses which didn`t bother us after some days....

Wunderschömes ruhiges Haus

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren und enspannten Urlaub ! Das Haus liegt in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter waren toll und sehr aufmerksam. Alles hat super funktioniert. Durch die zentrale Lage waren alle Ziele mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus für Erholungssuchende nur uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Auch vielen Dank für die sehr lieben Gaben. Das eigene Öl ist fantastisch.

An oasis of beauty and tranquility

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful farmhouse outside of Visnjan. The owners Gordana and Edi gave us a very warm welcome and were always helpfull and caring to make our holiday perfect. The house is located about 1,5 km outside of the town. It's completely refurbished and tastefully decorated, with a fireplace, gallery, flatscreen TV, WLAN, air condition and lots of space. The hose is surrounded by a huge garden with old trees and an outside fireplace and is very quiet and peacefull, just perfect for relaxing. Behind the house is a shed with new mountain bikes for free use and a sweet squirrel family. It's about a 10 min. walk to Visnjan, a nice small town in the midst of vineyards, with two supermarkets, two restaurants, a butcher and a bakery. Nearby are some beautiful wine cellars where we tasted delicious reds. We had a fantastic time and hope to come back soon, thank you very much Gordana and Edi.

Erholsame Tage in Visnjan

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, nahe der Ortschaft Visnjan. Man kann zu Fuß morgens die Brötchen im Dorf holen und dort auch einkaufen und in verschiedenen Restaurants essengehen oder etwas trinken. Visnjan selbst liegt nah an einer Zufahrt auf die Nord-Süd-Autobahn. Man ist also sehr schnell von dort zu Zielen unterwegs. Auch die Landstraßen um Visnjan sind sehr schön und führen einen schnell zum Limski-Fjord etc. Porec ist nur 10km entfernt und ebenfalls flott erreicht. Trotzdem spürt man hier überhaupt nichts vom Touristenrummel. Das Haus ist schön rustikal mit großem alten Kamin und Felssteinen. Platz ist auch genug vorhanden. Das abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer ist geräumig mit zwei Fenstern für frische Luft. Auf der Galerie stehen die zwei abgebildeten Betten durch einen Vorhang von der Treppe ins Wohnzimmer getrennt. Kinder können hier prima schlafen, oder auch die Eltern, wenn die Kinder ins abgeschlossene Zimmer sollen. Bei Belegung mit z.B. zwei Paaren muss man sich entsprechend arrangieren. Alles, was man braucht ist im Haus. Der Freisitz ist inzwischen überdacht und schattig. Daneben ein großer gemauerter Kamin für's Grillen. Die Küche ist komplett vom Wohn-Essraum abgetrennt und gut ausgestattet. Auf dem großen Grundstück kann man sich so richtig ausbreiten. Wir haben uns dort mit unseren Kindern (13 + 16 Jahre) wohlgefühlt und toll geschlafen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sprechen gut Deutsch und Englisch. Einmal die Woche wurde das Haus gesäubert und es gab reichlich neue Handtücher und frische Bettwäsche. Besonders Familien mit Kindern werden sich hier sehr wohlfühlen und gut erholen. Very nice people who seem to enjoy what we offered them for a good vacation, but also what they investigated by themselves. They took very good care of the house, the younger part of the family fed the two kittens, and they all watered the flowers just as they were theirs. We would be happy to meet them again!
