You’ll love the wild cherry floors, designer furnishings, and beautiful natural light. Relax and restore in one of four plush bedrooms, including the large primary bedroom with a smart TV and its own home office space.

Kick back in the sunlit great room or loft beneath knotty pine cathedral ceilings. Hours of fun await in the game room, which boasts a full-size pool table and a convenient wet bar with a full-size fridge.

Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and expansive counter space. Extra perks include a private washer/dryer for longer stays.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one motion sensor camera inside that records the front porch.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
