The Scotsman Cottage, a golf retreat! Home is less than 0.5 miles from the Village of Pinehurst shops and restaurants, and the Pinehurst Resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom plus bonus room offers plenty of room for everyone in your group. Home is fully equipped with kitchen essentials (coffee pot, Keurig, electric kettle, coffee grinder, crockpots, serving dishes, etc), relaxing porch with rocking chairs and dining table, and two Roku-enabled TVs.

Pinehurst has so much to offer from golfing, tennis, spa, restaurants, parks, and shopping. The Scotsman is ideally set up for a relaxing, yet active vacation or weekend getaway. Built circa 1910 and located in the quaint Pinehurst Historic District, this house was remodeled in 2022 including upgraded bathrooms, new mattresses, and new carpet. Downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table that can seat up to 8 people with leaf extension, comfy living room with 65in Roku-enabled TV, 19th hole buffet server bar, full bathroom, and bonus room with laundry. Upstairs hosts three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Home office desk located in primary bedroom. House has 6 beds (king, queen, four singles) and can sleep 8 comfortably.

Step outside onto The Scotsman porch for a cup of coffee or nice outdoor meal. Porch has table seating for 5, rocking chairs, and bench and gas grill. Use the expansive yard for lawn games, ladder ball and bocce available to guests. Driveway holds up to four cars.
Diner, pizza, and local pub are 0.2 miles from the house for easy food options. Pinehurst Brewery, North and South Bar, The Deuce, and many other upscale bars and restaurants are close by. There are several beautiful local parks to enjoy including Rassie Wicker Park with splash pad and playground, Cannon Park and Camelot Playground, and the Village Arboretum.
