By booking this listing you'll have complete access to our 10,000 Sq Ft home, hot tub, and your very own private beach access which is exclusive to only the villas on this property.
Every room will have a king sized bed, on suite bathroom, large bay windows to catch the sunrise, and a kitchen with all the essentials. At night enjoy a glass of wine while star gazing on our patio.

You will have entire access to the property as it's primarily set up for guests. Please note, we do have three guest suites on the front side of this property that are also listed seperately. All 4 Villas share access to the Gardens but the home and hottub is exclusive to you. If you'd like to rent all 4 in order to sleep 26, we do have a separate listing on our profile.
The Neighborhood:
This property might be tucked away to give you all the privacy yet still just a quick drive away from all the things you need. Looking to get out and explore, Boatswain Park (850m away) or Granfield Way (1.1km away) are less than a 5min drive away. Feeling a little hungry, enjoy a nice slice of pizza at Moo's Pizza (6.5km away) or maybe grabbing something to go at The Little Corner Sandwich Shop (5.5km away) both only a 10min drive away. Grabbing groceries to have a nice meal watching the sunset or sunrise, Save on Foods (16.7km away) or Real Canadian Superstore (16.9km away) are only a 15min drive away. If you're looking for something fun and different, take a couple minute drive to Fat Chili Farm (1.9km away) or Hummingbirds House Pottery (1.2km away).
Getting Around:
If you plan on leaving the acreage, you'll need a vehicle however there is plenty of parking here for everyone.

Please let us know if you plan on doing any wine touring or activities on the island. We can either give recommendations or facilitate in the entire booking process.
