This little cabin was very cute and cozy inside. We were greated by Susan who was very nice and helpful. The place was very clean and all the beds were comfotable.

Bigfoot Studio A was just right for a one person stay; having everything you would need. Clean room, bathroom, full size refrigerator, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Bed was comfortable. Host was very responsive on the questions that I had. Great location to stay at for visiting Lassen Volcanic NP. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful property and the cabin was clean! The only complaints I had were the spotty cell and internet service and the bed was pretty uncomfortable. Would stay here again!

Cute campground vibe. Very nice spot for a day after hiking in Lassen. Great dark sky from right outside our door. Bathroom could use some updating.

One of the nicest beds I’ve slept in on the road in a long while. Suite A is clean, well equipped, and quiet. Nice property too.

Had another amazing trip to the mountains stayed in December a night while out cutting our Christmas tree then pulled in The saturday before Easter for a short stay and had a ball planning and hiding eggs for the kids in the camp. The entire staff is amazing. The campsites are clean the cabins are homey. Absolutely loved it and will be back again and again!!

Loved our stay at Living Springs. Studio A was very nicely decorated, comfortable bed, and we took advantage of the peaceful outside space using the charcoal grill and fire pit both nights. Super convenient to Lassen Volcanic NP which was our destination.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Living Springs. The property was so quiet, and we loved having outdoor space to enjoy the near perfect weather. Excellent location for visiting Lassen Volcanic NP! Manager Christine was awesome!

Stay at Living Springs.

Enjoyed the trail by creek and tank. Nice place to relax in the evenings. Short distance to Lassen Volcanic National Park and also good eats in Shingletown

Great suite! Had everything we needed. Went up to stay for 3 nights as a snow trip to Lassen Volcanic NP with my wife and 2 daughters. Contactless check-in made gaining access to the room SUPER easy. Especially since we arrived pretty late at night. The property is beautiful, though truthfully we did not have time to take advantage of everything they had to offer. Perfect distance from the NP and not too far from Redding either. Definitely would recommend and will stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter’s studio! The space is beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for my family. The location was peaceful and made for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.Peter was a great host — responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.One small note: the blinds on the windows are a bit see-through at night when the lights are on, but Peter was very understanding when we mentioned it and offered help right away.Overall, we truly loved our stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat near Lassen.

Great stay!

Had everything we needed! Communication was easy. Very clean and organized. The only complaint was the downstairs neighbor who came to yell at us for not asking in the floor for the 15mins we were there over lunch. Nothing the host can do about that! Just unfortunate the neighbor is so sensitive.

The space was fine. Loved having a DVD player. We had lots of small frogs staying with us that we kept escorting outside.

Wonderful place!

We stayed at Living Springs in Suite A- great little cabin with a queen and 2 bunk beds! Cabin was exactly what we needed to have a week filled with fun, relaxation and beauty! WiFi was kinda spotty, but you don’t go to a place like that to be on your phone. Starlink needs to get it together though!😁Living Springs was fantastic! The property is sublime!! Go if you can and you will not regret it! Thank you, Living Springs!🙏❤️

Nice studio

The studio is spacious, clean, well-organized, and has everything we need. Perfect for visiting Lassen Park. The only thing is that wifi sometimes was hard to get on. Suggest hikers/visitors to pre-load all the maps.
