As you can see from the photos, we have quite sufficient parking. Two cars can easily park inside the Garage. Three cars can easily park on the Driveway.

Regarding the lawn grass, we are sorry that the lawn could not be mowed on the scheduled day as it was raining for a couple of hours the entire week till Thursday and the ground was wet and not good to run the mowing tractor to avoid damaging the lawn.

Thanks, Justina for your feedback. We are glad to know that your group had a nice time at the property and had privacy for your ladies get together. Regarding some of the improvement items, you mentioned. We would like to clarify, that the kitchen is fully stocked as you can see in the photos. We understand, sometimes a few things might go missing in such a big kitchen when different guests come every week. We wish you could have informed us immediately the same day of checking and we would have been happy to address any utensils issue you have highlighted from our backup kitchen supplies. Regarding the sleeping arrangement, in the listing we have already highlighted 5 Beds (2 King beds, 3 Queen beds). Additional sleeping spaces available are couches. We understand that sometimes guests bring extra guests and we had mentioned in our listing that guests need to bring their own sleeping arrangements for additional guests like sleeping bags, air mattresses, bed sheets etc. We had no plans to provide extra mattresses to start with as the property is so big (5000 sq ft), that it can accommodate even 50 persons , but we don't want to put 25 beds or 25 mattresses permanently, as many times the group sizes are smaller. But some guests suggested if we as hosts can provide 2 permanent mattresses, then they can bring their own sleeping arrangements like bedsheets, sleeping bags, and air mattresses for any additional guests. Nevertheless, If guests can tell in advance that they want the Host to plan the sleeping arrangement for extra guests, then Host is happy to help but requests an advance notice to arrange. We hope in your future bookings, you will tell us in advance about your extra needs and for any issues found you will inform us immediately. Rest assured, we are fully stocked with all the resources to address any needs and we are happy to help our valued guests !!
