Everything was perfect! The B&B was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed, from plenty of linens to all the necessary appliances. The lake was beautiful, and the fire pit was so cozy and relaxing. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back!

The hosts were very accomodating. They offered to provide information for things to do while in the area. They assisted with an issue after checkout and went beyond what would be required. It is a good place to stay especially for families or multiple groups based on the layout.

This was a wonderful place to stay with our family. The first positive was the communication with the host! He was easy to talk with and answered all my questions. Walking in the house was so pleasant. It was beautiful and everything smelled so nice. The rooms were perfect for what we needed and all the beds and furniture were comfortable. It had great access to the lake and two docks and kayaks and a canoe that was easily accessed and available.. The grill worked well and the firepit was very relaxing. We would definitely stay there again! Great experience.

Our family had a wonderful lake trip at this property! The house was clean and well-stocked with an amazing backyard area. The lake access at the back of the property had a beautiful view and a kid-friendly entry to the water. Our group with kids ages 12-4 years old had a blast using all of the kayaks, paddle boat and foam lily pad provided with the house. Wade was a prompt communicator and gracious host! We would definitely return to the property again.

We love hosting families so they can experience the same thing ours does. Some of my fondest memories as a child were at my great grandparents house on Lake Hamilton. This part of Arkansas is magical for them and is special for us even as adults.

The property was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well equipped and stocked. The garage has multiple kayaks, paddle board, life jackets and fishing equipment. The host, Wade, was very accommodating and actually bought a new box of tackles for me to use when I asked if the fishing poles are useable. Would stay again if ever return to Hotsprings.

We love having room to spread out but spend most our time by the dock and lower fire pit when there as a family. Glad you enjoyed it!

This is a house not a cabin and its really nice. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The lake is at the bottom of the property and the water is 3 foot deep at the deck. Our grandkids loved the lake . The outside common area is very comfortable. I could go on and about property but you won't be disappointed if you choose this property. We will definitely come here.

Peaceful and relaxing vacation!

This lake house is the perfect spot if you are looking for a relaxing getaway! The home is well stocked and had plenty of room for our group of 9. We cooked/grilled almost every night and spent so much time enjoying the lake! The owners were super responsive and available any time we had questions.

Lake house

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for our large family and the kids loved the kayaks and paddle board. We fished off the dock and had a camp fire every evening. We were very close to the various activities in and around Hot Springs. I would definitely stay here again!

Golf trip

The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Had a nice fire down by the water one night and enjoyed the quietness. Would definitely stay here again. Claudia

Great time on the lake

The house was an amazing spot for our family to get together and enjoy the lake. The dock on the back is fantastic for enjoying the water. The kids had a blast in the water. The house is very spacious and there’s plenty of room. It’s very clean and close to stores and restaurants. The kitchen is very nice and we really enjoyed cooking for the family. The layout is great, large and open, so everyone always feels involved. We had a fantastic time at this spot. Highly recommend.

Eclipse 2024

Wade was an exceptional kind host. We had booked this property close to a year in advance for the Eclipse in Arkansas since none of our party had ever been to Arkansas. And it id not disappoint. We enjoyed beautiful weather, beautiful sites and atmosphere. The house was very accommodating. Easy to get out to travel to destinations. We Tried Mr. Whiskers. We took in downtown Hot Springs, though it was too busy during this stay. Our friends, who live in Denver plan to be back. I would love to feel the humidity in the summer. Thanks Wade

Location was fantastic! Kids loved swimming right off the dock. Caught a big catfish. Lots of shade! Home is well furnished and kitchen well stocked. I n very used an induction stove but learned to enjoy
