This holiday home is located in Fahrenhorst 30, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. Just leave the car and explore the coast on foot or by rental bike. Let your mind wander - because the Baltic Sea beach has a beneficial effect in every season.

You can expect a holiday home with approx. 85 m² living space in 5 rooms for max. 5 people (incl. Toddler) plus dog with fenced property.

Distribution of the house:
Hallway with storage niche, hallway with cloakroom, large shower room with flat shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, window and washing machine. Living / dining room with sofa corner, TV, chest of drawers and dining table with 6 chairs. Kitchen with great equipment and a bistro table including 4 chairs. From the light-flooded living room you have direct access to the large fenced garden with a south-facing terrace. Here you can end your vacation comfortably. Bedroom (1) with double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, table with 2 chairs, USB sockets, bedside lamps and windows with external shutters. Bedroom (2) with a single bed (80 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, table with chair, bedside lamps and window with external shutters. Bedroom (3) with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, relaxing armchair with stool, bedside lamps and window with external shutters.

Parking & bicycles & washing machine
The holiday home naturally includes two parking spaces directly at the house. The bicycles can be parked outside in front of the house or in the garage. There is also enough space for handcarts, strollers, buggies or children's vehicles. A washing machine is available to guests free of charge in the shower room of the house.

Animals:
A dog is a welcome additional guest, who gets a lot of exercise in the fenced garden and pays a small surcharge per day. Additional dogs are only possible on request.

Location:
Kellenhusen (one of 3 Baltic Sea resorts) is located on the Bay of Lübeck between Grömitz and the island of Fehmarn with a long sandy beach to the east. The promenade invites you to stroll with shops and ice cream parlors. Kellenhusen is located in the sunniest area in Germany with around 2000 hours of sunshine. The surrounding area with its numerous cycling and hiking trails also gives plenty of space for exercise. On the dike you can visit many beaches without having to use the main roads. There are also many options for children and the young at heart, for example: playgrounds, a skating rink, children's entertainment, children's harbor, streetball facility, surf school, mini golf, pedal boats, bouncy castle and much more to fill your free time. Of course, you can just lie on the beach and relax. You see, there is something for everyone here.
