Enjoy a night-in lounging with any of the amazing restaurant deliveries, or back yard BBQ with amazing friends. Plenty of places to visit. Southsider Coffee is minutes down the road and has amazing coffee, Chataway’s is a historic eatery and just blocks way. Wonderful beaches just 15-20 min.

Great stay - would definitely book again!

The house is really comfortable and as pictured. Easy access to downtown and freeway. Easy checkin. Quiet neighborhood.

Gorgeous little home

The neighborhood was a little schetchy, but it was the area we needed for where we were going. Beautiful beaches nearby.

Great spot, perfect location

If you're heading to St. Pete with a small group, this is a perfect place. It was a short ride to a thriving downtown, Tropicana Field and the Pier. The house was clean and comfortable. Great stay.

Quaint but Comfortable

Place was exactly as pictured and was well stocked with cookware, utensils, coffee pot, W/D. Everything you need for your home away from home. Host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

We really liked this place for the price!

A comfortable little home with two bedroom and two bath is awesome. Kitchen is modern and stocked full of amenities. The host was very responsive. Just a few miles from downtown, at great jumping off point to drive to beaches and Gulf Port.

Great place close to downtown St Pete!

Tom was a very responsive great host. The house was clean, and exactly as pictured. The backyard was securely fenced in, which was perfect for our dog. Our group loved the decor. And you’re a quick ~7 minute car ride to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing stay while dealing with stress of family surgery

Absolutely wonderful stay! Close to the hospital, and beaches. The host was so very responsive and kind. Whether you are staying here for business or pleasure, you will not be disappointed!!! Cute clean cottage, close to downtown

The decor is absolutely beautiful and it gives it a very cozy feel. It was perfect distance from downtown St. Petes, only a 6-10 min drive. The surrounding area doesn’t have anything in walking distance. The air b n b is well stocked with dishes, pots, cups, etc. The house was very clean. The beds are more like full sizes than queens but they were very comfortable. Perfect size house for the four of us staying. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend!

Weekend trip

All in all it was a good place to stay for a very reasonable price. The points of criticism I have was there was no hot water in the master bath, luckily the second bathroom had hot water so it worked out just fine. There was a lot of flys in the master bathroom which spewed over into the master bedroom as well. The neighborhood it was in was a little rough around the edges for my liking.

Mixed reviews

Check-in was smooth. Interior of the house was really nice and comfortable. Outdoor patio has a huge wheelbarrow with stagnant water which is a breeding ground for mosquitoes but is an easy fix. The neighborhood unfortunately was not the best. I had a random beggar knock on my door around 7 am.

I am sorry to hear about that. Wheelbarrow is usually leaning against the fence, it is now again. That is most unfortunate regarding the knock on the door, we have never had anything like that happen before and haven't seen anyone fitting that description in the neighborhood before.

We booked this property for Memorial Day weekend after already dealing with a previous VRBO issue where our original rental was unexpectedly unavailable. Unfortunately, this stay turned into another stressful experience.At 2:00 PM on check-in day (with check-in at 4:00 PM), the homeowner called to let us know the AC had stopped working. By that point, we were already almost 3 hours into our drive and there were little to no replacement options available because of the holiday weekend. I do understand that AC units can unexpectedly break, and I don’t fault the owner for the unit failing. What was frustrating was the lack of effort to help resolve the situation. We requested a portable AC unit, but were told the owner “would not be able to do that.” The only compensation offered was a 100 refund on a nearly 700 stay or to cancel.Since we had no other options, I personally ordered a portable AC unit from Sam’sClub for over 450 to try to make the home livable. Unfortunately, once it arrived, it continuously tripped the breaker and could not be used. I reached back out to the homeowner asking for updates on repairs and received no response.We ended up spending the weekend sleeping in an 81-degree house with fans. Between the rental cost and the emergency AC purchase, this became an extremely expensive and uncomfortable trip.Again, I understand emergencies happen, but communication, responsiveness, and effort matter. I would have appreciated more support, better communication.
