Exceptional location, exceptional sevice, exceptional home....

After a long drive, we had questions about which unit we rented... and without hesitation Johnathan (on his usual day off) immediately came and personally addressed our concerns (and in complete disclosure, it was completely our mistake!) But our host Johnathan never let us feel that it was. The staff is professional, outgoing, and helpful. The residence was spotless, luxurious , and had all the comforts of being in our own home! And when one of our children asked a staff member about “coconut” water, he went and climbed a palm tree and got her (and all of us) a fresh taste from our own coconut. Rent a golf cart, it’s the best way to see the area, eat at Locos the food is exceptional, and wake up early- as the local wildlife is energetic and visible (you can easily see them from the balcony/porch area.) And no worries about safety here— the security staff (24 hours) is professional and attentive. The palms Palaya Flamingo private beach is beautiful and from our family to yours- YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED!
