Comfy bed, Netflix, fridge and microwave were nice. We also enjoyed the rain shower head. A bench in the shower for leg shaving and a place to put your toiletries within reach. Quiet, nice neighborhood.

The site was clean enough. We stayed in nine different places on a long road trip. This place was short on some basic amenities compared to other places. Such as: bowls, more cups, paper towels, kitchen towel, toothpaste, snacks, towel racks.

Amir's place was on quiet street, exactly as described. The bed was huge with a nice comforter, which helped us sleep well after exploring the city. We even left the window open one night to enjoy the fresh air and there was no noise that woke us up. This place is perfect for anyone who plans to enjoy the outdoors and dining out. We were very happy to return to our cozy studio after visiting farmers markets, restaurants, rivers, bakeries, and cafes in the city. Our host was super responsive and helpful before and throughout our booking. No kitchen in unit, but mini fridge and plates and cutlery are provided if you do decide to bring back food to eat. Bathroom is a bit dated but has everything you need.

Nice and quiet

It was a very nice, clean room, with an open bathroom plan (loved the huge waterfall shower head). The bed was decently comfortable. It had a separate front room with a couch, and a pub like table/coffee cart with a microwave and mini fridge underneath. All in all it was a very pleasant room to stay in.

Very nice little place to stay.

Owners lived on site since this is a garage renovation but we never crossed paths. We always had parking space. The bed is really nice but I think it needs a flat sheet between the comforter and the fitted sheet. Very clean. We had a nice stay.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and huge TV. Excellent communication with owner. Would recommend providing additional towels and a bath mat/towel. More places to hang up towels when wet. Also handrails for open shower. One guest has balance issues and the large shower floor was slippery when wet. Overall a great stay. Would recommend and would book again.

Away from Seattle bustle

The converted garage and more is immaculate with an ample bedroom including king sized bed and theater sized TV for watching Netflix. There is no kitchen, but a mini fridge, microwave, and place setting for two. It is functional and amazingly quiet.

Basic Seattle Stay

The suite was comfortable and nice, but very basic. Only 2 K-cups, 2 small towels, tiny bottles of soap, no tissues, and no hand soap. However, it was essentially just what we needed. No luxury, but basic needs were met. One more negative was that the floors didn’t seem vacuumed when we arrived—there were crumbs. Good stay overall, but could do with a couple small improvements.
