We loved the house the second we walked in!! Just as described!! Plenty of room for everyone. Host Judi is very responsive and a great help as this was my first VRBO booking. House was very centrally located on the main strip and only about 2-3 blocks from the beach. Great place to stay!!

Loved the layout of the house! It fit our needs perfectly and loved the driveway being around it as opposed to one long one. It was perfect for short walks to the beach, Target, Wawa, and around the neighborhood to the sound. Thank you so much for letting us stay! Would highly recommend!

This is a great house for 2 families bc the bottom and top floors can function as separate units. Older house but clean and lovely. Good price for all it offered. .3 miles to the beach, but beach cruiser bikes there made it very easy to access beach and get around. Host was lovely and very responsive w any questions we had. Make sure u read the check out policy. The cleaning requirements seemed excessive, esp bc the house is older and wasn’t pristine to begin with. Host is very serious w this and even filed a damage claim that a glass blender needed to be replaced. Not sure why as I only made protein shakes in it. If you’re ok having to do a thorough clean before u leave and organize to get your own linens, you’ll enjoy the house, the location and the hosts help if needed.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We wanted to clairify for future guests some of your comments. The reason we filed a claim with the insurance for the blender you used is it was missing as my cleaning team could not find it so we had to replace by purchasing a new blender bottle for the next guests. Three tenths of a mile is 1,584 feet as you wrote the review it looks like 3 miles to the beach and I wanted to be sure people who read your review would understand as the period was hard to see on your response. We ask guests to wash their dishes in the diswasher and put them away, empty their food in the refrigerator and put the bedspreads back on the beds because our cleaning team has 3 hours to clean the house for the next guests. This is a family vacation home not the Hilton! Not sure what you meant by pristine as we feel and our rating indicates that the home is very clean. We were a bit taken back by your review.

Plenty of space for 13 to sleep, eat, and hangout.

We had a great time being close to the beach, dunes, and restaurants.

Great place for a large family

The property was clean with plenty of beds and sitting areas and the A/C worked great. Great for a large family or friend gathering.

Great stay for relaxing beach trip

This property was perfect for our week away. Its nearby tons of convenient stores and a short walk to the beach. The property was accurate, clean, and perfect for our group. Will definitely recommend to others.

Outerbanks inspring break 2024

It was a great stay. The property was located at the center and near to most of the grocery stores. Everyone in our group 7 adults and 6 kids enjoyed the stay.

Close to The Beach and Bike Riding

It was a great place to stay, close to everything like the beach, bike riding, movie theater, and stores. The house was big enough for our entire family. There's plenty of sleeping areas and even extra mattresses for a large family like mine. This house was perfect for a large family. I would highly recommend staying there again.
